Durante uma consulta de rotina nesta Clínica, a médica que prestou atendimento a minha esposa conseguiu machucá-la durante o procedimento, e quando ela ligou para marcar uma outra consulta para solicitar um medicamento para tratar ( a ferida que a própria médica causou ) eles simplesmente disseram que não havia horário disponível. Nós esperávamos um pouco mais de respeito com o paciente, ainda mais por se tratar de uma clinica que prega qualidade e respeito aos mesmos.

During a routine consultation at this Clinic, the doctor who cared for my wife managed to hurt her during the procedure, and when she called to make another appointment to request a medication to treat (the wound the doctor herself caused) they simply said there was no time available. We expected a little more respect for the patient, especially because it is a clinic that preaches quality and respect for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha 1 ano atraz fui nesta clinica com cheixa de um caroço na mama direita. Acho que pelo fato de ter 20 anos a Dra. que me atendeu nao acreditou e palpitou meu seio de qualquer jeito dizendo que nao sentia nada, fiz um ultrason na clinica de mama e apos retornar pra ver os resultados falaram que nao tinha nada, entao fiquei despreocupada. 10 meses depois ao fazer um check-up em outra clinica(que por sinal muito boa) fizeram um ultrason e la estava nao 1 mais 2 nodolos na mama direita! Fiquei abismada no mal atendimento que tive antes e dei gracas a Deus que esses nodolos nao evoluiram para algo pior! Nao recomendo essa clinica pra NINGUEM!
One year ago I went to this clinic with a lump in my right breast. I think because I was 20 years old the Dr. who attended me did not believe and throbbed my breast anyway saying I did not feel anything, I did an ultrasound in the breast clinic and after returning to see the results said that there was nothing, then I was carefree. 10 months later, when she had a checkup in another clinic (which, by the way, was very good) they had an ultrasound and there was no 1 more 2 nodules in her right breast! I was amazed at the poor care I had before and thank God that these nodolos did not evolve into something worse! I do not recommend this clinic to ANYONE!

A consulta mais rápida da minha vida! Nem clínico de P.S. supera o atendimento em 4 min que a ginecologista Ana Maria Siqueira Spingaen CRM: 37420 realizou.
Me fez perguntas de anamnese comuns, anotou tudo no computador, me levou atras de uma divisória de vidro jateado e disse: "tira a calça a calcinha e deita nessa cadeira com as pernas aqui", não me deu um avental ou roupão sequer), mandou eu erguer a blusa e o sutiã, tocou rapidamente meus seios, depois enfiou um gel lubrificante com os dedos dentro de mim, e em seguida o espéculo, e tudo isso de forma estremamente brusca (doeu muito!) e tudo isso sem luvas! e disse: "aparentemente você está ótima", passou os exames e queria que eu fizesse os ultrassons lá na mesma clinica (clinica Santa Rita), solicitei para fazer em local de minha preferência e permitiram, nunca me senti tão mau e invadida, estou com muita dor na região genital, neste momento me sinto humilhada e abusada. Sai da clinica em prantos com tremedeira a recepcionista (que viu meu estado emocional) foi legal comigo e me deu o e -Mail do dono da clinica, mas não creio que vá adiantar algo, pois essa sensação de abuso nunca vai passar, estou com dor, chorando e nunca mais na minha vida quero passar por isso.
Eu estava acostumada a ir na clinica Musa onde me consultava com a Dra. Tânia ou Dra. Eunice ambas excelentes e nunca me fizeram passar por isso, eu tinha outra visão de ginecologista, mas graças a consulta de hoje me sinto traumatizada. Só o tempo vai me tirar essa sensação. Por favor mulheres não se consultem lá, muito menos com essa médica, e se passarem por algo semelhante denunciem, me sinto envergonhada, mas preciso fazer com que saibam, não podemos permitir sermos tratados como peças de açougue por pessoas que juraram nos estimar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento das recepcionistas, gostei da praticidade de marcar exames todos nós mesmo dia, porém a consulta tem muito atrasado. O meu horário 08:30 e são 10:00 e não fui chamada ainda, fico decepcionada e fui perguntar quando seria atendida e disseram que é normal atrasar assim. Acho que temos que ter mais respeito como paciente pois não adianta chegar no horário que está marcada .
Good service from receptionists, I liked the convenience of scheduling exams all of us the same day, but the consultation has been delayed. My time is 8:30 am and it's 10:00 am and I haven't been called yet, I'm disappointed and went to ask when I would be answered and they said it's normal to be late. Minha esposa leu uma reclamação de uma pessoa abaixo, dizendo que a Dra foi muito indelicada e sem jeito. Muita falta de respeoto com os pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu passo em consulta com os médicos dessa clínica há anos. Recomendo muito o Dr. Gennari, Dra. Flávia Siqueira e Dra. Marília. Eles são muito atenciosos, pedem todos os tipos de exames possíveis e nos tratam com respeito. O único ponto a melhorar é a demora no atendimento, mas eu não reclamo porque quando é a minha vez entendo o porquê da demora. O fato é que o médico não te examina e te trata como se fosse um objeto, eles te ouvem, te explicam, orientam, deixam o clima menos pesado (principalmente Dr. Gennari). Então vale muito a pena esperar e receber o melhor atendimento possível. As recepcionistas Priscila e Noraci são maravilhosas, também!

Fiz todo meu pré natal com a Dra Marília, quem recomendo fortemente! Uma profissional atenciosa.
Acontece que pós nascimento do bebê, Dra Marília parou de atender meu convênio.
Me indicaram a Dra Fernanda Moreno.
Relatei em consulta com ela o desconforto nas mamas, onde fazia um dia que tinha entupido ductos, tive fortes dores e a temperatura das mamas chegou a bater 39°. Resposta dela: “não se mede temperatura nas mamas pq vai tá quente mesmo. Dor é pega errada.” Nem sequer examinou!!!
No dia seguinte tive que deixar meu recém nascido em casa de madrugada e me expor aos riscos de um hospital na pandemia, pois além da temperatura elevada nas mamas novamente, eu estava com 38,5 de febre.
Diagnóstico: início de mastite.
Pra quem está lendo e não sabe a gravidade de uma mastite: gera dor intensa, febre, abcesso na mama etc o que impacta negativamente nos cuidados com o bebê. O que também favorece o desmame precoce. Quanto mais grave a lesão, maior a necessidade de intervenção por aspiração por agulha inclusive ou drenagem cirúrgica em ambiente hospitalar. Informações preciosas para a Dra que passa pomadinha, sem examinar.
Então muito obrigada Dra Fernanda, pela inutilidade dessa consulta, por ter a oportunidade de ter examinado e me poupado de todo esse transtorno que poderia ter ido de mau a MUITO PIOR, mas por má vontade resolveu indicar 3 pomadinhas em uma consulta de 3 minutos. Vim de outra cidade para esse desserviço.
Como se não bastasse, a Dra disse o quanto eu ainda estava distendida, com um barrigão (palavras dela) por não estar usando cinta, algo que a maternidade e a fisioterapeuta pediu para não usar. E ela afirmou isso me vendo somente de roupa. E sinceramente? Com 24 dias de cesárea, creio que ngm esteja esperando uma mulher de barriga reta. Comentário esdrúxulo, inadequado, principalmente a uma puérpera.
Pra finalizar, perguntei dos pontos da cesárea, se cairiam e a resposta foi “não sei ué, não sei o que usaram” Grossa, ignorante e ríspida. Checou o ponto, na cadeira mesmo onde eu estava.
É triste ver profissionais sem amor ao que fazem, principalmente os que lidam com pessoas, porém nem um animal merecia uma consulta tão desqualificada como a que tive.
Nunca mais piso nessa clínica.
DR FERNANDA MORENA - BAD SERVICE

The next day I had to leave my newborn at home at dawn and expose myself to the risks of a hospital in the pandemic, because in addition to the high temperature in my breasts again, I had a fever of 38.5.
Diagnosis: onset of mastitis.
For those who are reading and do not know the severity of mastitis: it generates intense pain, fever, breast abscess, etc., which negatively impacts the care of the baby. This also favors early weaning. The more severe the injury, the greater the need for intervention by needle aspiration, including surgical drainage in a hospital setting. Precious information for the Dr who passes ointment, without examining.
So thank you very much Dr Fernanda, for the uselessness of this consultation, for having the opportunity to have examined and spared me all this inconvenience that could have gone from bad to MUCH WORSE, but reluctantly decided to recommend 3 ointments in a 3-minute consultation. I came from another city for this service.
As if that wasn't enough, the Dr said how much I was still distended, with a big belly (her words) for not wearing a brace, something that the maternity and the physical therapist asked not to use. And she said that seeing me only in clothes. And honestly? With 24 days of cesarean, I don't think anyone is expecting a woman with a flat stomach. Weird comment, inappropriate, especially for a puerperal woman.
To finish, I asked about the cesarean stitches, if they would fall out and the answer was “I don't know, I don't know what they used” Thick, ignorant and harsh. Checked the spot, in the chair right where I was.
It's sad to see professionals without love for what they do, especially those who deal with people, but not even an animal deserved a consultation as disqualified as the one I had.
I will never step foot in that clinic again.
