It's a shame this mail from Simões Filho, lazy employees, they don't even have a hand to answer the phone, apart from the delay to deliver a package, improve your service for God's sake, or give the vacancy to someone who really wants to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouco espaço interno para os cliente que se aglomeram na entrada estreita e do lado de fora, os que ficam do lado de fora ficam expostos ao sol ou chuva, nem um toldo tem enquanto aguardamos ser atendidos, a espera passa de 1 hora.
Os atendentes são excelentes, porém também não podem fazer nada por nós.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é pequeno, o atendimento já era pra ter mudado pra o outro que construíram em frente a praça da quadra. Fora isso, o atendimento é excelente e pra quem tem Caixa Postal, melhor ainda que não pega fila.
The space is small, the service should have been changed to the other one that they built in front of the square of the court. Other than that, the service is excellent and for those who have a PO Box, even better if there is no queue.
