★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho produtos meus parados ai e NÃO entregam. Péssimo serviço. Daí mais uma razão para privatização dos Correios. Serviço público precisa saber como é estar na iniciativa privada.
I have my products standing there and DO NOT deliver. Poor service. Hence one more reason for the privatization of the Post Office. Public service needs to know what it is like to be in the private sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tiver uma boa experiência no primeiro momento por receber status de "Carteiro não atendido" numa portaria 24h, entretanto ao ligar no CDD fui muito bem atendido pelo Saulo que explicou alguns problemas que estava tendo na região.
Talvez tenha que melhorar apenas na passagem de informação para o cidadão.
I didn’t have a good experience at first because I received status as "Postman not answered" in a 24-hour concierge, however when calling the CDD I was very well attended by Saulo who explained some problems he was having in the region.
You may only have to improve the flow of information to the citizen.

Compro muito no mercado livre, constantes a cada 10 entregas, 9 o carteiro não foi atendido numa portaria 24H e mesmo eu estando no local aguardando a encomenda , pois acompanho o rastreio no aplicativo dos correios. Mas apenas nessas agencias da Vila Alpina acontece isso .. e olha q minha residencia eh muito próxima ! Agencia ou carteiros MENTIROSOS ! VOCÊS SÃO ORRÍVEIS
Very bad .. I buy a lot on the open market, constant every 10 deliveries, 9 the postman was not served at a 24H doorman and even though I was on the spot waiting for the order, as I follow the tracking in the post office application. But only in these branches of Vila Alpina does this happen ... and look that my residence is very close! Liar agency or postmen! YOU ARE EASY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esse é o mal do funcionarismo público, pois tem muitos preguiçosos, e pior, nao podem ser mandados embora, coisa que tinha que mudar, pois seria mudança no atendimento instantaneamente, tomara que privatizem os correios o quanto antes. Não podemos afirmar, claro, que são todos os funcionários que são ''mortos-vivos'' no emprego, nesse local há funcionários que atendem muito bem, mas fizeram a desgraça de deixar o pior de todos no atendimento, fui atendido pelo mesmo 4x, e sempre é a mesma coisa: Preguiça e ainda nao resolve nada, semblante cansado e mal-humorado, uma pena, com tanta gente fazendo de tudo por um emprego. Torço pela privatização dos correios, somente assim vai mudar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem com carta eles liberam o objeto pra terceiro,fazem tentativa de entrega a cada 7 dias tornando inviavel o recebimento e ineficiente o trabalho
Not even with a letter do they release the object to a third party, they make an attempt to deliver it every 7 days, making the receipt impossible and the work inefficient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, o serviço foi cobrado em duplicidade pela atendente, a qual me tratou super mal. Primeiro disse que o valor seria estornado em instantes, depois falou que o prazo é 72h. O tempo todo me tratando de forma irônica, eu pedi pra falar com alguém e foi dito a mesma coisa. Se eu não pagar pelo serviço Eu não sou atendida, mas posso deixar o meu dinheiro com eles por 3dias. Atendimento péssimo, descaso. Estou aqui aguardando há 40minutos e nada.
Terrible, the service was double billed by the attendant, who treated me super badly. First he said that the amount would be refunded in a few moments, then he said that the deadline is 72 hours. All the while treating me ironically, I asked to speak to someone and was told the same thing. If I don't pay for the service I don't get service, but I can leave my money with them for 3 days. Bad service, disrespect. I've been waiting here for 40 minutes and nothing.
