E ainda estou esperando, chegaram 3 prioritários enquanto eu espero e todos passaram na minha frente. Somente 2 guiches de atendimento funcionando e ambos chama somente o prioritário. Deveria 1 chamar prioritário e o outro normal, ou então colocar mais guiches para funcionar.
The service was very slow, I arrived 25 minutes ago. And there was only one password in front of me!
And I'm still waiting, 3 priority arrived while I wait and everyone passed in front of me. Only 2 service windows are open and both call only the priority. You should call 1 priority and the other normal, or else put more windows to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso os serviços desta unidade no bairro que nasci, nunca tive problemas, os funcionários sempre foram gentis, bem treinados e solícitos. Ontem mesmo levei uma caixa de sedex reverso onde eles embalaram pra mim com todo cuidado e carinho, foram apenas alguns minutinhos (menos de 10). Sejam coerentes na hora de avaliar, não se esqueçam que estamos vivendo uma pandemia e não está fácil para ninguém.

É bem organizado, retira-se a senha e pode aguardar sentado. Está sempre muito cheio, porque a Ag Vila Zelina foi fechada há anos e não há opções mais próximas.
