 Unfortunately the appointment is pure illusion, you arrive on time and take too long to be attended. Total disrespect for the patient.

I was super well attended by all the staff, they are all very attentive, the place is super clean and cozy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, ambiente super limpo,mas a entrega do exame e do Laudo é de PESSIMA QUALIDADE!!!!!
Aconselho a procurar outro lugar,caso tenha urgência na entrega do exame e Laudo...
10 dias que realizei o procedimento de RM e nada de laudo até agora....
Good service, super clean environment, but the delivery of the exam and the report is of TERRIBLE QUALITY!!!!!
I advise you to look elsewhere, if you have an urgent need to deliver the exam and report...
10 days since I had the MRI procedure and no report so far....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes bem educados mais em relação a espera para realizar exames, muito ruim, pois estou aqui a mais de 2 horas e não consegui ser chamada aínda, isso sendo que com hora marcada. Péssimo. Se fosse por por ordem de chegada, creio que seria a mesma coisa. Por que marcar hora então.....
Well educated attendants more in relation to waiting to perform exams, very bad, because I've been here for more than 2 hours and I haven't been able to be called yet, this being with an appointment. Terrible. If it was in order of arrival, I think it would be the same thing. Why make an appointment then.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite!! Unidade de Bangu os técnicos são atenciosos.. porém o tempo para realizar o exame foi com atraso de 1:20 hs marcaram o exame para às 16:00 , só me chamaram as 17:20. Cheguei com 15 min de antecedência ( é o que eles pedem) .
Goodnight!! The technicians in Bangu unit are attentive.. however, the time to perform the exam was delayed by 1:20 hs. They scheduled the exam for 16:00, they only called me at 17:20. I arrived 15 min early (that's what they ask for) .
