★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei coloquei os números que na gravação pediu fui encaminhada para aguardar com musica de fundo aguardei muito tempo a música acabou ficou tudo mudo e ninguém me atende total falta de respeito com o paciente que liga para agendar exames. O pior é que ninguém faz nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa Empresa não respeita o horário do exame , sempre q venho neste estabelecimento estão com atraso para atender os pacientes da qual muitas vezes estão em jejum para realizar seus exames. No meu caso particular, tomei café da manhã às 7h , para realizar uma ressonancia ás 13h. Muito bem cheguei meia hora antes e aguardei + 50 minutos para me falarem que havia um problema com outra paciente e o atraso seria de + 1h. Ora, somando tudo seriam 9h de jejum, contando + 1h que eu ficaria na maquina. E olhem que já não é a primeira vez...
This company does not respect the exam time, whenever I come to this establishment, they are late to attend to patients who are often fasting for their exams. In my particular case, I had breakfast at 7am, to perform a resonance at 1pm. Very well, I arrived half an hour early and waited +50 minutes to tell me that there was a problem with another patient and the delay would be +1h. Now, adding it all up, it would be 9h of fasting, counting + 1h that I would be on the machine. And look, this is not the first time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho relatar que diante de tanta avaliaçao negativa desta unidade, fiquei com medo de ter problemas. E ao contrario disso, fui atentida de forma rapida e eficiente. Chegamos a unidade hoje dis 22/03/22 as 8hrs e o exame estava marcado para 8.20, as 8.38 meu pai ja estava sendo chamado pela enfermagem. Deixo aqui meu relato e a satisfação de ter tido um excelente atendimento!
I come to report that in the face of so much negative evaluation of this unit, I was afraid of having problems. And on the contrary, I was attended to quickly and efficiently. We arrived at the unit today on 03/22/22 at 8:00 am and the exam was scheduled for 8:20, at 8:38 my father was already being called by the nursing staff. Vim fazer raio x do meu joelho, no cdpi do shopping tijuca sexto piso e meu atendimento estava marcado para 14:00 passou exatamente 1 hora e 10 minutos, e até agora não fui atendido. Afinal qual a finalidade de marcar um horário?? Ficar esperando ser atendido? Total desrespeito com o paciente, sigo na fila até agora...
What is an appointment for? I came for an x-ray of my knee, at the cdpi of shopping tijuca sixth floor and my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm, exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes passed, and so far I have not been attended. After all, what is the purpose of making an appointment?? Waiting to be served? Total disrespect for the patient, I'm still in line until now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz as ligações nos dias 27, 28 e 29/04, 2,3,4 e 9/05 para marcar dois exames de Raio X e não consigo agendar. No dia 27 informaram que a agenda a partir de 15/05 não estava aberta. Dia 28, pasmem a agenda passou a partir de 17/05 e tb não estava aberta. Dia 29, mesma desculpa, agora a partir de 19/05. E assim foi nos dias 2,3 e/05, sempre mudando a data para abertura da agenda. Hoje, 09/05, inacreditável, a agenda de Junho ainda não tinha sido liberada. Será que temos que ficar ligando todo o dia de hora em hora para marcar. Eu não sou atoa, assim como os pacientes que desesperadamente tentar marcar. Meu tempo é vida e dinheiro. Que bagunça e falta de respeito.
I made the calls on the 27th, 28th and 29/04, 2,3,4 and 9/05 to schedule two X-ray exams and I can't schedule it. On the 27th, they informed that the agenda as of 05/15 was not open. On the 28th, amazingly, the agenda passed from 17/05 and it wasn't open either. Day 29, same excuse, now from 19/05. And so it was on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th, always changing the date for opening the agenda. Today, 09/05, unbelievable, the June schedule had not yet been released. Do we have to keep calling all day from hour to hour to make an appointment. I am not idle, as are patients who desperately try to score. My time is life and money. What a mess and disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, total descaso com paciente!?
Estava marcada na segunda-feira dia 03/01/2022, as 8h50min e quando eu cheguei para realizar o exame, me informaram que a médica estava com covid e não havia ido. Não me ligaram, não avisaram, gastei com deslocamento, cheguei atrasada no trabalho, para nada!!!! Hoje 08/01/2022, estava marcada para 10h30min, cheguei 10 minutos atrasada e me deixaram esperando até 12h para ser atendida! ??
Um absurdo, eles podem fazer o que quiser com o paciente e por causa de 10 minutos, num dia chuvoso, te fazem mofar na cadeira sem nenhuma informação, tive que falar com a atendente para saber o que estava acontecendo, já que as pessoas estavam chegando e sendo atendida e eu continuava esperando! Me sinto como se tivesse implorando por um favor!?

It was scheduled on Monday 01/03/2022, at 8:50 am and when I arrived to perform the exam, I was informed that the doctor had covid and had not gone. They didn't call me, they didn't warn me, I spent it with displacement, I arrived late for work, for nothing!!!! Today 01/08/2022, it was scheduled for 10:30 am, I arrived 10 minutes late and they left me waiting until 12:00 to be attended! ??
It's absurd, they can do whatever they want with the patient and because of 10 minutes, on a rainy day, they make you muffled in the chair without any information, I had to talk to the attendant to find out what was happening, since people were arriving and being attended to and I was still waiting! I feel like I'm begging for a favor!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu médico ligou, no dia 16/02/22, quando eu estava na consulta, solicitando revisão de laudo da minha RM da bacia pelas médicas Dra Clarissa Canela ou Silvana Mendonça, mas não sei se a atendente anotou ou fingiu que anotou. A RM feita no dia27/01/22.
Eu liguei no dia 23/02 para saber o procedimento para buscar o laudo revisado, ficaram pra lá e pra cá (acho que não sabem que existe revisão de laudo) e fiquei ouvindo musiquinha por bastante tempo para afinal me avisar para ligar no dia 25/02. Liguei hj, 25/02, e também ficaram procurando o que fazer e me transferiram para o setor de atendimento ao cliente que obviamente desligaram depois de transferir. Vou avisar o meu médico para não indicar exames pelo total descaso com os pacientes. Os exames não são de graça.
My doctor called on 02/16/22, when I was at the appointment, requesting a review of my pelvic MRI report by Dr Clarissa Canela or Silvana Mendonça, but I don't know if the attendant wrote it down or pretended to write it down. The MRI taken on 01/27/22.
I called on the 23/02 to know the procedure to get the revised report, they stayed here and there (I think they don't know that there is a review of the report) and I listened to a little music for a long time to finally let me know to call on the 25th /02. I called today, 02/25, and they were also looking for what to do and transferred me to the customer service sector who obviously hung up after transferring. I will warn my doctor not to recommend tests due to total disregard for patients. Exams are not free.
