★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabe aquela sensação de estar pedindo um favor mesmo quando paga por um serviço?!
Pois é assim que me senti ao frequentar a agência. O pior serviço de entrega, pois nunca conseguem entregar no endereço mencionado, porém todos os demais entregadores conseguem.
O gerente pouco se importa com o seu problema. Serviço horrível.

Because that's how I felt when attending the agency. The worst delivery service, as they never manage to deliver to the address mentioned, but all other couriers do.
The manager cares little for your problem. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a atendendente é uma pessoa desqualificada pra ficar no atendimento social, me senti precisando de um favor em coisa que eu paguei. Fora a falta de paciência da atendente com respostas em tom alto e de espontâneo vocabulário auditoria vulgar baixo .
