★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, a gente e tratado como se não fosse gente, com deboche, chega com identidade e fala que não e a gente sendo que a própria pessoa ta li passando todos seus documentos, mal educada a mulher que me atendeu, achando que eu tava era tentando roubando a minha própria encomenda. Eu pago pelas minhas coisas e tenho que atura isso.
 Terrible, we are treated as if we were not people, with debauchery, we arrive with identity and say that we are not, and the person himself was reading all his documents, the man who attended me was rude, thinking that I was trying to steal my own order. I pay for my things and I have to put up with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma verdadeira falta de respeito o que essa agência faz com seus clientes, uma encomenda minha chegou em um dia e no mesmo foi efetuada a tentativa de entrega e o funcionário mau capacitado ou agindo de má fé, não quis entregar já que eu me encontrava na casa e ninguém chamou. No mesmo dia mandaram meu produto de volta. Alegando que não ficam com o produto.
A real lack of respect what this agency does with its customers, an order from me arrived in one day and the delivery was attempted on the same day and the poorly trained employee or acting in bad faith, did not want to deliver since I was in home and no one called. The same day they sent my product back. Claiming they don't keep the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Funcionários mau educados, te tratam sem empatia nenhuma. Ainda por cima, uma organização como o correios não se atualizou ainda, não aceitam pix, somente cartão ou dinheiro.
Bad experience! Rude staff, they treat you with no empathy whatsoever. On top of that, an organization like the post office hasn't updated yet, they don't accept pix, only card or cash.

Vejam se o endereço de vocês está completo, se tem o número da casa, se é plano diretor sul ou norte, o número da quadra e principalmente o número da quadra interna.
Eu conversei com um carteiro sobre o motivo das minhas encomendas estarem voltando, e ele explicou que uma encomenda não tinha o número da casa e na outra não tinha o número da quadra interna. Lembrem-se que Palmas tem os mesmo números em quadras diferentes e em setores diferentes.
Caso apareça como "endereço incompleto, encomenda será devolvida", a encomenda fica 1 dia útil na agência do prédio espelhado (para caixas) ou talvez na agência mais próxima de você (cartas, documentos).
Guys, just leaving information for those who complain that the order is returned:
Check if your address is complete, if it has the house number, if it is a south or north master plan, the block number and especially the inner court number.
I talked to a mailman about why my packages were coming back, and he explained that one package didn't have the house number and the other didn't have the inner court number. Remember that Palmas has the same numbers on different courts and in different sectors.
If it appears as "incomplete address, order will be returned", the order stays 1 business day at the branch in the mirrored building (for cashiers) or perhaps at the branch closest to you (letters, documents).
