Entrei em contato, não conseguir falar, desligaram na minha cara. Tornei ligar novamente, atendente super grossa, e com falta de paciência para conversar no telefone. Por fim, falei que iria retornar a ligação depois, e simplesmente, DESLIGOU NOVAMENTE o telefone na minha cara.
Moro aqui perto, iria passar pessoalmente, mas, com o nível de grosseria da Srt Luana, preferir ir em outro.
Seria ótimo se a Equipe Célio Faria, realizassem um treinamento de como tratarem as clientes pelo telefone. E principalmente o tom de voz. rs

I live nearby, I would go by myself, but with Srt Luana's level of rudeness, prefer to go to another.
It would be great if the Célio Faria Team had a training on how to treat customers over the phone. And especially the tone of voice. LOL

Mas o atendimento no salão da Av. do Contorno está péssimo.
Marquei com um cabeleireiro que nem apareceu!
Eu e minhas netas fomos atendidas por duas ajudantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para neutralizar os tons vermelhos do meu cabelo sem escurecer muito e saí de lá com o cabelo super preto. Fui atendida pelo Pablo. Não recomendo. Uma verdadeira decepção. Equipe despreparada para atendimento. No dia que retornei para ver o que conseguiam fazer com o estrago, ficaram discutindo na minha frente a recepcionista e a cabelereira que ia consertar meu cabelo sobre se iam me atender ou não. Isso porque a gerente tinha marcado meu horário. Lamentável. Mesmo com a tentativa da profissional, a coloração não saiu. Agora vou ter que descolorir se eu quiser um tom mais claro, ou seja, terei que realizar uma técnica super agressiva que não estava em meus planos.
