★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura do salão é muito boa, demorei um pouco para avaliar minha experiencia porque, tive um inconveniente super bem contornado pelo Bernado e equipe, a Aline tem mãos de fada para cortar cabelo. Para fazer luzes tem que ser Aline ou Bernado! As manicures são maravilhosas também :)
The structure of the salon is very good, it took me a while to evaluate my experience because, I had an inconvenience very well circumvented by Bernado and staff, Aline has fairy hands to cut hair. To make lights have to be Aline or Bernado! The manicures are wonderful too :)

Liguei, informei ao mesmo a minha insatisfação, ficaram de me retornar para marcar um horario, estou esperando há 20 dias.
Engraçado que da primeira vez foram super solícitos, mas quando solicito uma marcação para retorno, ninguém se prontifica para resolver meu problema.
Continuo com o cabelo manchado, mas diante do exposto, nao voltarei NUNCA mais ao estabelecimento.
Estou extremamente decepcionada com o atendimento e retorno do Estabelecimento.
I was attended by Bernardo, I spent around 900 reais on my hair and it was extremely stained.
I called, I even informed my dissatisfaction, they were to return to make an appointment, I have been waiting for 20 days.
Funny that the first time they were super solicitous, but when I request a return appointment, no one is ready to solve my problem.
I still have my hair stained, but given the above, I will NEVER return to the establishment.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and return of the establishment.
