★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há vários profissionais dentro do estabelecimento. De barbearia a massagem relaxante ou miofascial. Quem passa na frente não tem ideia do salão que tem no local. Ponto positivo pro atendimento da Tati, logo na entrada. O salão tem um convênio com o estacionamento do lado e você tem desconto no pagamento mas o valor é alto.
There are several professionals within the establishment. From barbershop to relaxing or myofascial massage. Those who pass in front have no idea of the salon that is on site. Positive point for Tati's service, right at the entrance. The salon has an agreement with the parking lot next door and you have a discount on payment but the value is high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no dia 13 de novembro, exata 1 semana atrás, fui fazer minhas mechas na Beauty Station com a Ana Flávia e, pelas fotos, vocês podem ver o resultado. Realmente ela acabou com o meu cabelo com essa cor horrorosa, nas fotos está ruim, mas pessoalmente está bem pior. Meu cabelo está manchado e com vários tons diferentes, PAVOROSO. a última foto foi a última vez que eu havia feito luzes em 2019 e mostrei pra ela que eu queria meu cabelo daquele jeito, nada diferente. vinha cuidando do meu cabelo desde então com produtos excelentes (joico, Kérastase, sebastian, etc), apesar do meu cabelo ter progressiva ele é muito forte e bem cuidado, e como vocês podem ver pela última foto, um profissional de verdade consegue chegar num tom de loiro bonito (meu gosto) mesmo com progressiva, essa desculpa é ridícula. além disso, fiz o teste de mechas com ela e ela estava ciente de tudo isso, ela conheceu meu cabelo antes do procedimento. ela marcou comigo 13:30h e iniciou às 15h, nada profissional. saí de lá 00:20h com o meu tempo e dinheiro jogados no lixo. 2 anos preparando meu cabelo para as mechas do sonho para o meu cabelo ficar desse jeito. quanto terei que gastar para cuidar e consertar? ela se ofereceu para “consertar”, mas vocês acham que confio para que ela toque no meu cabelo de novo? sei que vocês são um espaço de coworking, mas os proprietários deveriam escolher melhor os profissionais que integram este espaço, pois o valor cobrado não é barato e vocês estão numa região nobre, de pessoas exigentes. quem vai arcar com o meu prejuízo? espero que minha experiência traumática sirva de exemplo para outras mulheres, o que eu passei não desejo para ninguém!
on November 13th, exactly 1 week ago, I went to get my locks at Beauty Station with Ana Flávia and, from the photos, you can see the result. Really she ended up with my hair with this horrible color, in the photos it's bad, but personally it's much worse. My hair is stained and in many different shades, AWESOME. the last photo was the last time I had done highlights in 2019 and I showed her that I wanted my hair that way, nothing different. I've been taking care of my hair since then with excellent products (joico, Kérastase, sebastian, etc), despite my progressive hair, it's very strong and well taken care of, and as you can see in the last photo, a real professional can get a pretty blonde tone (my taste) even with progressive, this excuse is ridiculous. besides, i did the streak test with her and she was aware of all this, she knew my hair before the procedure. she made an appointment with me at 1:30 pm and started at 3 pm, nothing professional. I left there at 00:20h with my time and money thrown away. 2 years preparing my hair for the dream locks to make my hair look like this. how much will I have to spend to care and repair? she offered to “fix” it, but do you think I trust her to touch my hair again? I know you are a coworking space, but the owners should better choose the professionals who are part of this space, because the amount charged is not cheap and you are in a noble region, with demanding people. who will bear my loss? I hope that my traumatic experience will serve as an example for other women, which I don't wish for anyone!
