Em alguns meses, recebi boletos - sempre enviados com um ou dois dias úteis antes da data de vencimento - com valores errados (sempre a maiores) - aluguel, parcela de IPTU - para os quais necessitei de muita paciência e persistência para que as correções fossem feitas. Um dos motivos que me levou a me mudar.
Em 27.11.2020, três meses após entregar as chaves do imóvel por mim locado (entrega ocorreu dia 17.08.2020), recebo um boleto de cobrança de aluguel relativo ao mês de novembro de 2020. Surreal!
