Excellent service, affordable price, amazing experience and great agility. I ordered my iPhone on Monday and they came to deliver to my address on Tuesday, super polite employees, at the time of delivery they let me test the device and took all my doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma vez com eles um 11pro , um 6S e um apple watch fui super bem atendida então indiquei um amigo da familia. Ele levou o celular pra concertar a tela que estava trincada e devolveram o celular PIOR do que estava. A tela voltou quebrada na lateral, o touch da tela péssimo, digital não funcionado.
Quando ele viu o celular quebrado foi reclamar ( inclusive eu estava presencialmente e vi o aparelho em péssima condições ), falaram que nós que deixamos cair o celular quando recebemos o aparelho.
Quem recebeu o aparelho foi minha Sogra. O aparelho estava com VÁRIOS elásticos segurando a tela, dentro de um saco plástico e TINHA ALGUÉM LIGANDO ou seja, o aparelho estava ligado. O motoboy falou pra ela ( minha sogra ) NÃO mexer no celular até a tarde ( isso foi de manhã ) ou seja, ela não mexeu até que o dono do celular chegasse até porque ela é uma senhora de 55 anos e tem decência e educação de cumprir ordens.
Foi ai que meu amigo foi questionar a situação que ele recebeu seu aparelho.
Falaram que não poderia culpar o motoboy que trabalha a anos com eles.
Não devolveram o valor integral de que meu amigo pagou pelo serviço PORCO e de PÉSSIMA qualidade.
Como foi minha sogra que recebeu o aparelho, ela foi explicar para a Rayane sobre a situação.
A Rayane foi super grossa com minha sogra a pessoa que foi "julgada" ter deixado cair o aparelho, não foi nem um pouco profissional e o pior de tudo isso, é que ficamos como pessoas que agiram de má fé e quebramos o aparelho e não assumimos a culpa.
NUNCA mais piso nessa loja e PRINCIPALMENTE indico alguém.
Na hora de comprar é tudo lindo se você não precisa de atendimento vai sair como errado(a) ainda.
I once bought with them an 11pro, a 6S and an apple watch I was very well attended so I referred a family friend. He took the cell phone to fix the screen that was cracked and they returned the cell WORST than it was. The screen came back broken on the side, the touch screen terrible, digital not working.
When he saw the broken cell phone, he complained (I was in person and saw the cell phone in terrible condition), they said that we were the ones who dropped the cell phone when we received it.
Who received the device was my mother-in-law. The device had SEVERAL rubber bands holding the screen, inside a plastic bag and IT HAD SOMEONE TURNING ON ie the device was turned on. The motoboy told her (my mother-in-law) NOT to touch her cell phone until the afternoon (this was in the morning) that is, she did not touch it until the owner of the cell phone arrived because she is a 55-year-old lady and has decency and education carry out orders.
It was then that my friend was questioning the situation that he received his device.
They said they couldn't blame the motoboy who's been working with them for years.
They didn't refund the full amount my friend paid for the PORK service and it was of TERRIBLE quality.
As it was my mother-in-law who received the device, she went to explain to Rayane about the situation.
Rayane was super rude to my mother-in-law, the person who was "judged" to have dropped the braces, it wasn't at all professional and the worst thing about it, is that we were like people who acted in bad faith and we broke the braces and didn't we take the blame.
I NEVER step into this store again and MAINLY recommend someone.
When it's time to buy everything, everything is beautiful if you don't need assistance, it will come out wrong.
