Retornei na semana seguinte para solicitar o conserto e me disseram que o celular deveria ficar durante 1 semana na assistência sendo que para a troca da tela foi necessário apenas 3 horas. A qualidade da tela não é boa, cores fracas e brilho baixo. Consome muita bateria. Levei em outro lugar, arquei com os custos novamente e meu problema foi resolvido em 1 hora. O ponto de luz se deu devido a pressão na hora da troca. Prejuízo, qualidade e pós vendas ruins.
I changed the screen of my Iphone, got a point of light in the display. I returned the following week to request the repair and I was told that the cell phone should stay for 1 week in the assistance and for the exchange of the screen it took only 3 hours. The screen quality is not good, weak colors and low brightness. It consumes a lot of battery. I took it somewhere else, arched it with the costs again and my problem was solved in 1 hour. The point of light was due to pressure at the time of exchange. Prejudice, quality and bad sales post.
