★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra de 01 ADAPTADOR DE AUDIO - TD LTE no mês de Fev/21 no valor de R$ 69,00 , conforme pedido de meu filho; de acordo com vendedora seria este o de melhor qualidade em comparação com o de menor valor. Todavia esse adaptador entra no plug do Iphone em conexão com a entrada do som , lamentavelmente esse peça soltou a solda; mas a empresa acima que forneceu o produto, que está na garantia sendo que ainda não caiu o pagto ; RECUSA-SE a efetuar a troca. Como era de se esperar alega mal uso...mas como um produto que fica conectado no som e somente há a retirada/conexão do plug do iphone pode ter mal uso num prazo tão curto nem 01 mês. Se fosse para não retirar ele seria soldado no próprio aparelho celular,... entendo que a empresa não deve estar vendendo nada , mas deveria pensar que estão mantendo um cliente e honrando o nome da loja. Infelizmente não foi uma experiência agradável, poderiam ao menos tentar um meio termo, mas provavelmente visam somente o lucro. Minhas recomendações serão as melhores possíveis , igualmente a que nos foi dada.
Deve-se pensar empresas neste ramo existem muitas.

I purchased 01 AUDIO ADAPTER - TD LTE in the month of Feb / 21 in the amount of R $ 69.00, as requested by my son; according to the seller, this would be the one with the best quality compared to the one with the lowest value. However, this adapter goes into the Iphone's plug in connection with the sound input, unfortunately that part has released the solder; but the company above that provided the product, which is under warranty and the payment has not yet been made; REFUSES to make the switch. As expected, it alleges misuse ... but as a product that stays connected to the sound and there is only the removal / connection of the iphone plug, it can be misused in such a short time or even 01 month. If it were not to withdraw, he would be soldered on the cell phone itself, ... I understand that the company should not be selling anything, but should think that they are keeping a customer and honoring the store's name. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience, they could at least try to find a middle ground, but they probably only aim at profit. My recommendations will be the best possible, as well as the one given to us.
One must think there are many companies in this industry.
