★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou grávida de 37 semanas e atrasaram meu atendimento mais de 60 minutos, cobram a filmagem do ultrasson (outras clínicas não cobram). Comparando com outros lugares que já fiz ultrasson em Campinas não recomendo a Diagnose. E ainda para piorar não imprimiram o ultrasson na hora, precisarei pagar 2 vezes o estacionamento para pegar algo que deveriam me entregar na hora. Péssimo atendimento e estacionamento pago. Não recomendo! Cheguei 8:30 e estou saindo 10:40hs
 I am 37 weeks pregnant and my appointment was delayed by more than 60 minutes, they charge for the ultrasound filming (other clinics do not charge). Comparing with other places that I have done ultrasound in Campinas I do not recommend Diagnose. And to make matters worse they didn't print the ultrasound on the spot, I will need to pay 2 times the parking to get something that they should deliver to me on time. Poor service and paid parking. I do not recommend! I arrived 8:30 am and I'm leaving 10:40 am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendaram minha ultrassonografia na Barão Geraldo de Rezende, chegando lá, fui informada que a Dra Luciana estava atendendo em outra unidade, na Unidade do Nova Campinas... ok, erros acontecem, mas a novela estava só começando! A recepcionista ligou na unidade do Nova Campinas e perguntou se eu poderia ir pra lá, mesmo chegando atrasada, por conta do mal entendido da própria medical center, falaram que eu poderia ir, que a Dra. poderia me atender… pois bem, fui direito pra lá! Chegando lá, a recepcionista me comunicou que a Dra. não poderia fazer meu ultrasson, porque eu estava ATRASADA!!!!! Oi?!?! Gente... e a cara da recepcionista quando eu me indignei, ela fez uma cara de cínica e indiferente, um total descaso!! Falei que o que estavam fazendo era um absurdo, uma falta de respeito!! Era só falar que a Dra. não poderia me atender da primeira vez, que eu não teria me deslocado até o Nova Campinas!! Esse seria meu primeiro ultrasson gestacional, momento mágico, de ouvir os batimentos do coraçãozinho do meu bebê... enfim, a experiência foi péssima, não indico para ninguém! NÃO IGNOREM ESSAS AVALIAÇÕES NEGATIVAS DO GOOGLE!!! Eu li a maioria dos problemas dessa clínica e eles são recorrentes!! Pelo jeito não estão preocupados em ouvir seus pacientes e melhorar o atendimento! Lamento o dia que coloquei meus pés nessa clínica, que não tem o mínimo de respeito e consideração pelos seus pacientes!
They scheduled my ultrasound at Barão Geraldo de Rezende, getting there, I was informed that Dr. Luciana was attending at another unit, at the Nova Campinas Unit ... ok, mistakes happen, but the soap was just beginning! The receptionist called the Nova Campinas unit and asked if I could go there, even though I was late, due to the misunderstanding of the medical center itself, they said I could go, that Dr. could assist me ... well, I was right over there! Once there, the receptionist informed me that the doctor could not do my ultrasound, because I was LATE !!!!! Hi?!?! Guys ... and the receptionist's face when I was indignant, she made a cynical and indifferent face, a total neglect !! I said that what they were doing was absurd, a lack of respect !! It was just saying that Dr. could not attend me the first time, that I would not have traveled to Nova Campinas !! This would be my first gestational ultrasound, a magical moment, to hear my baby's little heartbeat ... anyway, the experience was terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone! DON'T IGNORE THESE NEGATIVE GOOGLE ASSESSMENTS !!! I read most of the problems at this clinic and they are recurring !! Apparently they are not concerned with listening to their patients and improving care! I regret the day I set foot in this clinic, which has no respect and consideration for its patients!

Marcarão exame p meu filho e quando cheguei na clínica, fui informada que a médica havia passado mal e teve que ir embora,mas não tiveram nenhuma preocupação de me ligar avisando que o exame foi cancelado.
Remarcaram o exame do meu filho novamente para o dia 28/7 e adivinha,cancelaram novamente o exame e não me avisaram, só descobri quando cheguei lá e dei de cara com a porta novamente,mas uma vez gastei com Uber p não consegui fazer o exame, total descaso e falta de respeito com o próximo,um lixo esse lugar , faça exame em qualquer lugar,mas não vá nessa clínica.
O pior de tudo é que reteram há guia e não consigo fazer o exame, vou ter que passar novamente no médico p fazer outro pedido, um absurdo isso.
My experience was terrible.
They will schedule an exam for my son and when I arrived at the clinic, I was informed that the doctor was sick and had to leave, but they had no concern to call me to let me know that the exam was cancelled.
They rescheduled my son's exam again for 7/28 and guess what, they canceled the exam again and didn't let me know, I only found out when I got there and bumped into the door again, but once I spent it with Uber p I couldn't do the exam, total disregard and lack of respect for others, this place is rubbish, take exams anywhere, but don't go to this clinic.
The worst thing is that they held back the guide and I can't do the exam, I'll have to go to the doctor again to make another request, this is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na unidade do Nova Campinas. Excelente atendimento, desde a entrada na clínica com um rapaz super atencioso, onde verificou a temperatura e orientou até a recepção. As meninas da recepção atenciosa e profissionais. O médico um excelente profissional e muito humano Dr Paulo Rodrigo de Faria. A demora foi dentro do normal para realizar qualquer exame de imagem, o espaço é amplo e bem grande. Parabéns a toda equipe.
I went to the Nova Campinas unit. Excellent service, from the entrance to the clinic with a super attentive guy, where he checked the temperature and guided him to the reception. The girls at the reception are helpful and professional. The doctor an excellent professional and very human Dr Paulo Rodrigo de Faria. The delay was normal to perform any image exam, the space is large and quite large. Congratulations to the whole team.

As recepcionistas foram um tanto grosseiras, mas a médica Dra Juliana foi extremamente atenciosa, detalhista, muito profissional e levou todo o tempo que foi preciso para realizar o ultrassom gestacional de segundo trimestre. Essa sim é uma profissional de excelência que se baseia em evidências, como falta na maioria dos lugares.
Good service, clean and airy place. The receptionists were somewhat rude, but Dr Juliana was extremely attentive, thorough, very professional and took all the time it took to perform the second trimester gestational ultrasound. This is an excellent professional who is based on evidence, as is lacking in most places.
