★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, Efetuei uma compra no ponto frio de uma geladeira side by side 600 litros antes de efetuar me certifiquei com o vendedor se as portas podiam ser desmontadas e tanto o gerente como o vendedor confirmaram. Me ofereceram o serviço de desmontagem e montagem das mesmas pelo valor 378,90. Achei caro e consultei na loja e consultei o mesmo serviço e achei mais barato. Paguei e no dia marcado vieram executar. Para minha infelicidade, o técnico informou que uma das portas não podia ser removida. Liguei para o ponto frio e o gerente disse que já que não contratei o serviço com eles não podia fazer nada. Me sugeriram que eu contratasse o serviço por eles. Fiz o pagamento. Para minha surpresa na hora de agendar o serviço recebi a informação que eles já tinham estado aqui era a mesma firma. O ponto frio mandou eu voltar na loja e pegar o dinheiro de volta. Voltando a loja pedi o livro de reclamações e para minha surpresa a loja não possui. O Gerente do Ponto Frio se chama César sem empatia para resolver o meu problema. Como posso ficar com uma geladeira que custou mais de 10 mil que não posso levar para dentro de casa.

Returning to the store I asked for the complaints book and to my surprise the store doesn't have it. The Ponto Frio Manager is called César without empathy to solve my problem. How can I keep a fridge that cost more than 10,000 that I can't take inside my house.

O vendedor que se apresentou foi educado e deixou tudo à vontade, sem pressionar ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra pela Internet , fui retirar o produto , no setor de pacote me informaram 7 dias pra troca com produto com defeito , 3 dias depois retornei para fazer a troca , QUE DOR DE CABEÇA , fiquei 2 horas na loja não foi concluído a troca do produto , pois segundo o SAC o SISTEMA estava FORA DO AR , cancelaram a minha COMPRA e informaram que o valor do PRODUTO entraria como CREDITO , estou no aguardo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mau atendido por uma vendedora do turno da noite, me subestimado pela vestimenta, logo sai da loja e subi ao segundo piso e comprei nas casas Bahia que é da mesma empresa, sendo que o item adquirido nas casas Bahia foi retirado do estoque da mesma loja onde fui subestimado. Vendedora ficou com cara de tacho quando me viu fazendo a retirada da venda que outra loja realizou e consequentemente ela perdeu de vender!!!

They say they have stock, you pay them they tell you to go to another branch which does not have the product. Back to the main branch , they cannot return your money because the shop does not have cash. I paid on my debit card. Call manager ,he doesn't know how to cancel the order is Sunday. I live in another town, ask if my friend can pick it up the next day. They agree, she goes back with my son and they say only I can pick it up. So buy a product pay for it and you leave without the product? Seriously? Now I have to travel 3 hours to sort this out. Very disappointed with them.
Is inadmissible this sort of customer abuse. The Monday manager apparently was also rude to my son and girlfriend. It was supposed to be a present for both of them. Plus we bought a game chair earlier on the day. I spent over R$ 1,400!
Very annoyed customer ????
