S não resolver meu problema em 30 dias vou querer meu dinheiro de volta.
Não indico essa loja nem para meu pior inimigo.
Poor service, sell cat for hare, no communication between employees, do not know correct value of the pieces, each one says what he wants quer.
If I don't solve my problem in 30 days I will want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA! A vendedora me vendeu uma peça errado, ao ir na loja para a minha surpresa a atendente NÃO quis devolver meu dinheiro! Ainda alegou que eu estava de má fé. Disse que existe um aviso dizendo o seguinte: não aceitamos devoluções. A moça me vendeu a peça errada e não quis arcar com as consequências, era só pegar a peça de volta e devolver o dinheiro!
Lousy! The saleswoman sold me a wrong piece, when I went to the store to my surprise the attendant did NOT want to return my money! He even claimed that I was in bad faith. He said that there is a warning saying the following: we do not accept returns. The girl sold me the wrong piece and didn't want to bear the consequences, just take the piece back and return the money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo...... Deixei um motor de uma máquina minha 110 e até agora não resolveram , ficam apenas empurrando motor que está com problema e não resolvem o meu !!!! Que é apena uma folga !!! Não aguento mais esperar com a máquina parada mais de um mês lavando roupas de 4 pessoas na mão pq essa empresa não resolve e uo tem comprometimento com o cliente !!!

Infelizmente não tem nada de fio arrancado assim que peguei meu motor, foi colocado do jeito que estava ... Então por favor não precisa fazer mais eu vou retirar pq vcs ficaram mais de 1 mês com meu motor atrasando.. Coisas simples que poderia ser feito e não fez... Se não me entregar hoje pode devolver meu dinheiro de volta!!!!!
No dia 14 liguei para verificar se o motor da minha máquina estava pronto e resolvido pq confirmaram que ficaria na quinta já que sexta foi feriado, e e avisará. Que somente segunda feira dia 18. Liguei novamente na segunda e até o meio dia bem sinal do motor !!!! Essa empresa é uma decepção ... Não tem comprometimento com o cliente !!! Não sabem nem quando o fornecedor retorna com as peças !!! E não se preocupam com nada, pq infelizmente exigem o pagamento de imediato e quando o cliente faz... A empresa não te retorna para avisar de nada, e faz pouco caso. Pq como já esta pago, vc acaba tendo prejuízo... Em esperar até sabe lá quando !!! E caso não queira esperar , vc perde seu dinheiro .. pq os funcionários não estão nem um pouco preocupados em resolver o problema e sim em receber a quantia ....
Decepção
Bad place ...... I left an engine of a machine my 110 and so far have not solved, are just pushing engine that is in trouble and do not solve mine !!!! That is just a break !!! I can not wait no longer wait with the machine stopped more than a month washing clothes of 4 people in hand because this company does not solve and you have commitment to the customer !!!

Unfortunately there is no thread torn off as soon as I got my motor, it was put the way it was ... So please do not need to do more I'll remove you because you were more than 1 month with my motor slowing .. Simple things that could be done and did not give me ... If today you can return my money back !!!!!
On the 14th I called to check if the engine of my machine was ready and resolved because they confirmed that would stay on Thursday since Friday was holiday, and will warn. That only Monday the 18th I called again on Monday and until noon and motor signal !!!! This company is a disappointment ... It has no commitment to the customer !!! They do not even know where the supplier returns with the pieces !!! And do not worry about anything, because unfortunately require payment immediately and when the customer does ... The company does not return to warn you of anything, and disregards. Cause as already paid, you'll end up losing money ... In wait until who knows when !!! And if you do not want to wait, you lose your money .. because the employees are not worried at all to solve the problem but to receive the amount ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico veio fazer um orçamento, e no dia seguinte fui utilizar a máquina e a mesma não funcionava mais, entrando em contato com a empresa referida, negaram a enviar o técnico no dia alugando que seria um novo orçamento e ainda insinuando que eu estaria agindo de má fé....
