★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fiz meu pedido a funcionária disse que ficaria pronto no dia seguinte após às 18h (sendo que a loja fecha 19h) então ela me ofereceu o serviço de entrega (custo de R$ 10) e que seria entregue no meu endereço (que fica a menos de 100m do local) no mesmo dia que ficasse pronto (pois não posso ficar sem tomar o remédio). O remédio não foi entregue no prazo e quando liguei pra perguntar sobre a funcionária que me atendeu se limitou a responder que não entregam no mesmo dia que o remédio fica pronto e que a entrega seria feita no dia seguinte, quando questionei a informação que havia recebido no dia anterior ela simplesmente me colocou na chamada em espera e desligou. Total desrespeito e falta de ética!!!

The medicine was not delivered on time and when I called to inquire about the employee who answered me, she simply replied that they did not deliver the same day the medicine is ready and that the delivery would be made the next day when I questioned the information I had received the day before she simply put me on the call on hold and hung up. Total disrespect and lack of ethics !!!
