★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente é uma unidade 24 horas da rede , inclusive recomendo sempre confirmar pelo o app da rede que é o mais atualizado quanto aos horários de funcionamento das lojas da rede, caso se cadastre no programa de fidelidade os preços ficam bastante bons em medicamentos de uso comum e o atendimento é ótimo.
 It really is a 24 hour unit of the network, I always recommend to confirm by the network app that is the most up-to-date regarding the hours of operation of the network stores, if you sign up for the loyalty program the prices are pretty good on commonly used drugs and the service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma sucessão de erros em um único dia. A balconista não confirmou minha compra com o laboratório, no qual sou cadastrada para desconto em medicação de uso contínuo. A caixa pediu para que eu colocasse meu cartão de crédito na máquina, depois me informou que eu teria que fazer todo o processo de compra novamente no balcão pois a atendente não confirmou a solicitação. Como eu tinha que trabalhar disse que voltaria mais tarde. A caixa não devolveu meu cartão e dei falta assim que cheguei no meu trabalho, voltei final de tarde na farmácia e contei o ocorrido e disse que gostaria do meu cartão de volta. A balconista disse que eu não tinha deixado lá, eu disse que tinha certeza, depois de procurar saber de outros profissionais, me disse que o cartão foi cortado pela própria gerente e portanto, não poderiam me devolver.
Estou indignada com tantos erros juntos. Falta treinamento, atenção e respeito para com o cliente.
Querem crescer sem competência.
Fica aqui meu descontentamento.
Cortar um cartão no mesmo dia sem dar um prazo mínimo para o cliente buscar. Todos os funcionários erraram feio! Imperdoável!
A succession of errors in a single day. The clerk did not confirm my purchase with the laboratory, in which I am registered for discount on medication of continuous use. The cashier asked me to put my credit card in the machine, then informed me that I would have to make the whole purchase process again at the counter because the clerk did not confirm the request. As I had to work said he would come back later. The box did not return my card and I missed it as soon as I arrived at my work, I came back late at the pharmacy and told him what happened and said I would like my card back. The clerk said that I had not left there, I said that I was sure, after looking for other professionals, told me that the card was cut by the manager herself and therefore, could not give me back.
I am outraged by so many mistakes together. Lack of training, attention and respect for the customer.
They want to grow without competence.
This is my discontent.
Cut a card the same day without giving a minimum deadline for the customer to search. All the staff went wrong ugly! Unforgivable!

Obs: Peço que evite deixar mendigos pois, eles acaba tem hora nos obrigando a dar as compras, esses dias um quase riscou o carro por ter sonegado a dar dinheiro a eles. Nas outros lugares que tem segurança eles nunca vai.
Pois eles fica de Domingo á Domingo, fica uma situação chata. todo dias eles ai nos abordando, teve dia que tinha 5 deles, teve outras clientes que também relataram o mesmo fato.
Eles são esperto nos lugares tem segurança eles evita de ir. pois já vi seguranças tirarem eles e nunca mais voltar.

Simplesmente a farmacêutica nao quis aplicar porque esse horario não poderia. Mesmo eu sendo a única cliente da farmacia e eles estando em 2 funcionários. Saindo da farmácia procurei a Drogaria São Paulo, local que fui muito bem atendida.
