★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de mais de duas horas sendo transferidos de um departamento a outro, conseguimos ser atendidos pela operadora Leda do Pós Venda, que finalmente conseguiu cancelar diversas linhas de celular ativadas ilegalmente em nosso nome. Só soubemos dessa fraude por que recebemos no e-mail uma NotaFiscal com um endereço que, segundo o Google Map, fica em um terreno baldio!
After more than two hours being transferred from one department to another, we managed to be assisted by the operator Leda do Pós Venda, which finally managed to cancel several cell lines that were illegally activated in our name. We only learned about this fraud because we received a Nota Fiscal in the email with an address that, according to Google Map, is in a vacant lot!
