Não atendeu corretamente ao telefone informando o nome da empresa e seu nome, tive que ficar perguntado da onde era (para confirmar que era a empresa) e seu nome (nome da atendente), ainda respondeu de forma seca. Sugiro que melhorem o atendimento ao cliente, com esse tipo de abordagem não é possível levar a sério a empresa. Mesmo se tivessem os serviços que eu necessitava, não iria prosseguir com a negociação depois dessa forma de atendimento
Super ignorant and dry attendant. Did not answer the phone correctly stating the name of the company and its name, I had to be asked where it was from (to confirm that it was the company) and its name (name of the attendant), still answered dryly. I suggest that they improve customer service, with this type of approach it is not possible to take the company seriously. Even if they had the services I needed, I would not proceed with the negotiation after this form of service
