Após aguardar o dia todo fui atendida por um funcionário que infelizmente não anotei o nome que mentiu para mim dizendo que tinha falado com o entregador e ele traria a encomenda na minha residência. Liguei as 20h e me foi informado que os entregadores já tinham voltado e que nada foi anotado. Ou seja a pessoa que me atendeu mentiu. Total falta de respeito. Fazem propaganda dizendo que entregam em um dia util mas terei que esperar 4 dias. A encomenda eta muito importante. Estou inconformada
Terrible. I am awaiting a delivery with delivery date on 20. Left RJ on 18/12. After waiting all day I was answered by an employee who unfortunately did not write down the name that lied to me saying he had spoken with the delivery man and he would bring the parcel at my residence. I called at 8 pm and was informed that the delivery men had already returned and that nothing was noted. In other words, the person who answered me lied. Total lack of respect. They advertise that they deliver on a business day but I will have to wait 4 days. The order is very important. I am unhappy

I had a great experience with Transpo Express services! From answering the phone to delivering the order. I live in São Paulo and I needed an urgent delivery to Curitiba for an event!
