★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 10 não. Nota 1000! Estive ontem pela primeira vez na unidade da Av. Campanella e simplesmente AMEI o atendimento. Muito organizado, rápido, atendentes educadissimas, local super limpo, pessoas com horario agendado sem superlotacao. A consulta foi super detalhada, fiquei cerca de meia hora com o médico que me consultou super bem, muito atencioso, simpático (Dr Daniel Lewin). Já sai de lá com exame de sangue e urina feitos na hora. Por ser um ambulatório achei muito bem equipado, tem até sala de observação e de pequenos procedimentos. Sem contar que é muito mais perto para quem mora no extremo Leste. Nota MIL, valeu cada centavo que pago pelo plano de saúde.
Note 10 no. Note 1000! I was in the Av. Campanella unit yesterday for the first time and I just LOVED the service. Very organized, fast, very polite attendants, super clean place, people with scheduled hours without overcrowding. The consultation was very detailed, I spent about half an hour with the doctor who consulted me very well, very attentive, friendly (Dr Daniel Lewin). He left with a blood and urine test done on the spot. As an outpatient clinic I found it very well equipped, it even has an observation room and small procedures. Not to mention that it is much closer to those who live in the far east. MIL note, it was worth every penny paid for the health plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo !!! Falta de respeito com o paciente, demora no atendimento. Atrasos de mais de 1 hora , mesmo com hora marcada. Quanto as recepcionistas também sem nenhuma empatia. Os gestores da organização precisam trabalhar essa questão o mais rápido possível para não deteriorar o nome da São Cristóvão.
