★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pra fazerem um serviço em casa, marcaram duas vezes e não vieram, vieram a hora que quiseram, dai tinha que fazer uma modificação no serviço, liguei pra acertar o valor, não entendi a informação que me passaram e questionei, a Sra Nice ficou muito nervosa pq eu CLIENTE estava fazendo perguntas, começou a falar alto comigo no telefone, super grosseira e depois ainda bateu o telefone na minha cara! Atendimento péssimo.
I asked them to do a service at home, they made an appointment twice and they didn't come, they came at any time they wanted, then I had to make a change to the service, I called to set the value, I didn't understand the information they gave me and I questioned, Mrs Nice stayed very nervous because the CUSTOMER was asking questions, she started talking loudly to me on the phone, super rude and then even slapped the phone in my face! Terrible service.
