Tinha restos de fezes de pombo na pintura, poeira, areia dentro e fora do veículo, retornei para pedir reembolso tiveram a cara de pau de falar "Não aspiraram?" Logo após eu pagar 170 reais! Se estive vendo esses comentário, por favor não cometa este erro!
 Horrible, 3 hours to do a horrible job. There were pigeon droppings on the paintwork, dust, sand inside and outside the vehicle, I returned to ask for a refund. Right after I paid 170 reais! If you've been seeing these comments, please don't make this mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro por três horas por enquanto que eu fazia compras e quando voltei já era de noite não reparei, mas hoje pela manhã percebi que o carro está com a mesma sujeira de quando deixei para lavar. Impressionate como as pessoas hoje em dia não querem mais trabalhar. Que serviço ruim foi esse nunca vi isso, só pode ser uma pegadinha. Quero o meu dinheiro de volta.
I left my car for three hours while I was shopping and when I came back it was already at night I didn't notice, but this morning I noticed that the car has the same dirt as when I left it to wash. It's amazing how people nowadays don't want to work anymore. What a bad service that was never seen this, it can only be a prank. I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, vou informar o ocorrido. levei meu carro pra lavar e estava com umas marcas de tinha, poucas manchas. O funcionário me ofereceu um polimento e eu não aceitei. Quando voltei pra buscar percebi algo estranho,mas na pressa fui pra casa. Quando ele me entregou o carro foi logo falando que após a lavagem simples as manchas se acentuaram. Mas não foi isso que ocorreu. Não sei oq ele fez,mas ele manchou o carro de verdade, ele me entregou mto pior do que tava. Não sei se foi de proposito por eu não ter aceitado o polimento ou foi sem querer,mas o fato eh que ele manchou e me disse que já estava e que após a lavagem tinha se acentuado. Porém é impossível,pois sei como meu carro estava antes. O mínimo que eles deveriam fazer era terem assumido o erro e resolverem o problema, e não mentir dizendo que meu carro já estava manchado. Profissionais sem ética e respeito com o cliente, não levem seus carros nesse local.

When I went back to get it I noticed something strange, but in a hurry I went home. When he handed me the car, he immediately said that after a simple wash the stains were accentuated. But that is not what happened. I don't know what he did, but he really stained the car, he delivered it to me much worse than it was. I don't know if it was on purpose because I didn't accept the polish or it was by accident, but the fact is that it stained and told me that it was gone and that after washing it had accentuated. But it's impossible, because I know how my car was before. The least they should have done was admit the mistake and fix the problem, not lie saying my car was already stained. Professionals without ethics and respect for the customer, do not take your cars there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro hj dia 28 de abril na fast wash do Iguatemi, passei ao gerente todas informações da limpeza, e quando recebi o carro ele estava com a mesma sujeira ao qual eu tinha reclamado, ele disse que eu voltasse q ele passava um pano úmido, pessimo serviço já fiz algumas vezes e tive q voltar pra refazer, não indico, fotos após a "limpeza com uma capa de poeira no banco traseiro"
