★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um sapato com valor de R$500,00. com apenas 15 dias utilizando, já apresentou defeito. ao levar na loja para conserto, fui surpreendido pelo vendedor que ele tem um prazo de até 30 dias, para se ter um laudo.
ao comprar um calçado com este qualidade e preço, no mínimo exijo um atendimento personalizado .

Já são mais de 20 dias sem qualquer comunicação, sem código de rastreio, sem nota fiscal, sem sequer um e-mail ou msg de confirmação.
Tentei contato pelo numero informado aqui e no Instagram mas o mesmo é da loja da Av. Dom Luís...
Péssima experiência..
