★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Agendamento não serve para nada, marquei para passar no Gastro e meu horário era para ser 15:30, pois bem, fiquei mais de uma hora esperando e pessoas que chegaram depois de mim foram atendidas primeiro. Absurdo, pior que SUS!
 Terrible!! Scheduling is useless, I made an appointment to stop by Gastro and my time was supposed to be 3:30 pm, well, I was waiting more than an hour and people who arrived after me were served first. Absurd, worse than SUS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiquei esperançoso ao encontrar uma clínica de diagnóstico tão próximo da minha cidade para realizar o exame de espirometria. Mas como o atendimento telefônico já beirava 10 minutos, resolvi procurar a clínica aqui no Google.
Ao me deparar com essa enxurrada de má avaliação, eu até insisti achando que poderiam ter modificado o serviço, mas não. O atendimento telefônico demorou cerca de 25 minutos, sempre uma gravação recorrente. Desisti, estou marcando o exame em outro local. É inacreditável que o lugar mesmo ante a todos as reclamações feitas aqui não tenha tomado providências. Me nego a acreditar também que o atendimento telefônico tenha demorado tanto em razão de demanda física. Decepcionado.
I was hopeful to find a diagnostic clinic so close to my city to perform the spirometry test. But as the phone service was already approaching 10 minutes, I decided to Google the clinic here.
When faced with this flurry of bad evaluation, I even insisted that they could have changed the service, but no. The telephone service took about 25 minutes, always a recurring recording. I gave up, I'm scheduling the exam elsewhere. It is unbelievable that the place even in the face of all the complaints made here has not taken action. I also refuse to believe that the telephone service took so long due to physical demand. disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clínica é uma piada. Se eu pudesse, daria 0 estrelas. péssimo atendimento! Você liga para agendar um exame ou uma consulta, ninguém atende.... Fica uma voz eletrônica falando que você pode fazer agendamentos por Whatsapp ou email. Você tenta pelo Whatsapp, eles demora 3 dias ÚTEIS para responder o seu bom dia, e mais vários dias até finalmente falar quando tem horário disponível - sendo que todas as informações você passa no primeiro contato. É uma piada com a cara do paciente.
This clinic is a joke. If I could, I would give 0 stars. terrible attendance! You call to schedule an exam or an appointment, no one answers.... There is an electronic voice saying that you can make appointments by Whatsapp or email. You try by Whatsapp, they take 3 BUSINESS days to respond to your good morning, and several more days until they finally speak when they have available time - and all the information you pass on in the first contact. It's a joke on the patient's face.

Esperei 10 dias pra ser atendida chegando la eles simplismente falaram que meu convenio não passou. Liguei no convenio e a verdade é que eles não são credenciados e me deram informação errada. Agora meu pré natal atrasou todo por esse descaso e esse exame q é importante nem vou conseguir fazer pois falta 15 dias pro meu bb nascer. Perdi tempo esperando ser atendida e não vou conseguir em outra clinica. Despreparo e desenformação total
I'm pregnant, I called to schedule an exam in which they told me that they attended to my agreement. I waited 10 days to be seen, when I got there, they simply said that my agreement had not passed. I called the agreement and the truth is that they are not accredited and gave me wrong information. Now my prenatal care was delayed because of this neglect and this exam that is important I won't even be able to do it because there are 15 days left for my baby to be born. I wasted time waiting to be seen and I won't be able to go to another clinic. Total unpreparedness and disformation

Estou a mais d 1 hora aguardando no telefone só para marcar a consulta... imagina o resto?!
Serviço ja fica ruim antes msm de começar!
Tendo em vista a quantidade de reclamações JA DEVERIAM TER TOMADO UMA PROVIDENCIA NAO ACHAM!?
PArem de ficar sentado no problema prejudicando pessoas... vcs deveriam representar ajuda e nao problema!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse a opção de dar 0 estrelas eu daria, mais de 20 minutos para atender uma ligação, quando atende, você quer marcar consulta e tem que aguardar em fila, estou a 3 meses nessa tal fila e não sou atendida. Péssimo atendimento!!!!!! Na ligação diz sempre prezando pelo carinho e conforto com o paciente, pois melhore, pq está péssimo.
If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would give more than 20 minutes to answer a call, when you answer, you want to make an appointment and have to wait in line, I've been in that line for 3 months and I'm not answered. Terrible attendance!!!!!! In the call, he always says, cherishing for the affection and comfort with the patient, because he gets better, because he is terrible.

Cheguei na clínica hoje 05/02/2022 as 13:20 pois uma atendente havia informado que o Urologista atendia por ordem de chegada, sendo que a consulta seria as 15:40 e fiquei sabendo quando cheguei sobre o horário que foi marcado (????)
Precisava de informações sobre Vacinas e o lírio do campo responsável só volta d eferias depois do dia 20 de Fevereiro! SHOOOOW!
Clínico Geral só tem 2 médicos disponíveis, uma atendeu nos dias 3 e 4 de Janeiro, a próxima data disponível é apenas no dia 20.
Nem o SUS está tão ruim.
Vocês estão de brincadeira, não pode ser possível!

There is no option for zero stars otherwise I would.
I arrived at the clinic today 02/05/2022 at 1:20 pm because an attendant had informed that the Urologist was on a first-come, first-served basis, and the appointment would be at 3:40 pm and I found out when I arrived about the time that was scheduled (?? ??)
I needed information about Vaccines and the lily of the field responsible doesn't come back from vacation until after the 20th of February! SHOOOOW!
General Practitioner only has 2 doctors available, one attended on the 3rd and 4th of January, the next available date is only on the 20th.
Not even the SUS is that bad.
You're kidding, it can't be possible!
