â â â â â Hoje 14/01 cheguei ao hospital por volta das 14:00 e ainda estou aqui vegetando no pronto atendimento. Parece que nĂŁo hĂĄ profissionais para atender, chamam um paciente a cada 1 hora... Lamentavel tal situação ainda mais se tratando de um atendimento particular. E na emergencia onde o atendimento deveria ser mais concentrado.
Siceramente nĂŁo e possivel destinguir se e melhor correr pro sistema publico ou pro particular .
 Today 14/01 arrived at the hospital around 14:00 and I'm still here vegetating in the emergency room. It seems that there are no professionals to meet, call a patient every 1 hour ... unfortunate such a situation even more when it comes to a particular service. And in emergency where care should be more focused.
Siceramente is not possible to distinguish and better run pro public system or private pro.

â â â â â Fiquei internado de 31/01/2022 atĂ© 16/02/2022 Quero agradecer muito a toda equipe do CTI, TĂ©cnicas de enfermagem, Enfermeiras, MĂ©dicos, todos todos me trataram hiper muito bem, um atendimento maravilhoso.
Fui retirar os exames feitos, não foram poucos, agradeço também o atendimento da Recepção até as Senhoras que entregam os exames.
Hoje fui fazer uma consulta na Emergencia por segurança a um ferimento que tive, fui outra vez super bem atendido, quero agradecer a Dra Agata no plantão de hoje dia 28/03/2022 muuuuito obrigado BARRA DOOR, por essas EQUIPES MARAVILHOSAS que me atenderam todas as vezes que precisei.
Parabéns e só tenho a agadecer.
I was hospitalized from 01/31/2022 to 02/16/2022 I want to thank the entire CTI team, Nursing Technicians, Nurses, Doctors, everyone treated me very well, a wonderful service.
I went to get the exams done, there were not a few, I also thank the reception service to the ladies who deliver the exams.
Today I went to make an appointment at the Emergencia for security reasons for an injury I had, I was again very well attended, I want to thank Dr Agata on today's duty on 03/28/2022 thank you so much BARRA DOOR, for these WONDERFUL TEAMS that attended to me all the times I needed.
Congratulations and I just have to say thank you.

â â â â â Apesar de um pouco de demora no setor do COVID entre os atendimentos, a equipe mĂ©dica foi extremamente atenciosa. Duas profissionais excelentes que foram as Dra. MĂĄrcia e Dr. Carolina, que estavam super preocupadas com meus sintomas e exames.
Despite a little delay in the COVID sector between calls, the medical team was extremely attentive. Two excellent professionals who were Dr. MĂĄrcia and Dr. Carolina, who were super concerned about my symptoms and exams.

â â â â â Fiquei internada mais de uma semana neste hospital, e sĂł tenho a agradecer, principalmente a UTI de neurologia! Que equipe maravilhosa! Todos entrosados, prontamente receptivos, com muito carinho comigo e todos os pacientes ali internados! Desde a tia da limpeza, a tia que entregava as refeiçÔes, aos enfermeiros e tĂ©cnicos de enfermagem, a fisioterapia sempre presente, a fonoaudiologia sempre motivante e aos mĂ©dicos sempre em prontidĂŁo para fazer o melhor!
Como enfermeira e paciente, eu sĂł tenho agradecer a todos do Barra Dâor de todo o meu coração, e lamentar por outro lado, o fechamento deste CTI NEUROLĂGICO, de grande valia e importĂąncia para todos do Rio de Janeiro e do Brasil! Um CTI de primeiro mundo(instalaçÔes e cuidados).

I was hospitalized for more than a week in this hospital, and I just have to thank you, especially the neurology ICU! What a wonderful team! All mingled, promptly receptive, with great affection for me and all the patients hospitalized there! From the cleaning aunt, the aunt who delivered the meals, to the nurses and nursing technicians, the physiotherapy always present, the speech therapy always motivating and the doctors always ready to do the best!
As a nurse and patient, I just have to thank everyone at Barra D'or with all my heart, and regret, on the other hand, the closing of this NEUROLOGICAL CTI, of great value and importance to everyone in Rio de Janeiro and Brazil! A first world CTI (facilities and care).
Rare thing to find!

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento⊠estive no hospital com minha mĂŁe (+60 anos) com sintomas gripais ou covid, nĂŁo sabemos , pq simplesmente nĂŁo tem mĂ©dico para atendimento. ApĂłs 1 hora de espera, fomos informados pela equipe de enfermagem que somente 1 mĂ©dico de plantĂŁo e ninguĂ©m sabe onde ele estĂĄ ou que horas serĂamos atendidas! Total absurdo !!!! Outras 2 pessoas na sala de espera informaram que estava hĂĄ 2 horas aguardando !
Atendimento barra dor pior que SUS!!!! PĂ©ssimo!
InacreditĂĄvel ter somente 1 mĂ©dico âfantasmaâ em um hospital deste porte!
Terrible service⊠I was in the hospital with my mother (+60 years old) with flu symptoms or covid, we don't know, because there is simply no doctor for care. After 1 hour of waiting, we were informed by the nursing staff that only 1 doctor on duty and nobody knows where he is or what time we would be seen! Total nonsense!!!! Another 2 people in the waiting room reported that they had been waiting for 2 hours!
Service bar pain worse than SUS!!!! Terrible!
Unbelievable to have only 1 âghostâ doctor in a hospital of this size!

â â â â â Excelente atendimento de triagem. Acabei de fazer o cadastro, passei pelo enfermeiro e pela avaliação do meu caso jĂĄ fui direto pra mĂ©dica. A equipe prontamente indicava cada passo para onde ir fazer os exames e como proceder. Tudo limpo e organizado. Ter um profissional ao lado da sala de espera para fazer chamadas, tirar dĂșvidas e responder as necessidades do paciente Ă© vital. Nada mais angustiante do que se sentir perdido quando se estĂĄ muito doente. HĂĄ dias que sim o hospital estĂĄ mais cheio, mas ainda assim acho que vale a pena vir ao hospital.
Excellent triage service. I just made the registration, went through the nurse and for the evaluation of my case I went straight to the doctor. The team promptly indicated each step of where to go for the exams and how to proceed. Everything clean and organized. Having a professional next to the waiting room to make calls, answer questions and respond to patient needs is vital. There is nothing more distressing than feeling lost when you are very sick. There are days when the hospital is fuller, but I still think it's worth coming to the hospital.

â â â â â Ainda Ă© um bom hospital, tendo em vista o caos da saĂșde no Estado (inclusive a privada)! Meu filho recebeu um Ăłtimo atendimento, sĂł foi liberado depois do problema resolvido!
It's still a good hospital, considering the chaos of health in the State (including the private one)! My son received great care, he was only released after the problem was resolved!

â â â â â Had to attend the emergency unit with our three year old while on holiday. The entire team was very professional and helpful. Dr Vivienne specially was very patient and informative and clearly explained everything in English which was priceless for us with our zero knowledge of Portugese. Overall highly recommended.
