★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti muito mal atendido. Fiz a primeira inspeção e foi solicitada uma nota fiscal com número compatível do redutor. Passei 15 dias correndo atrás da nota fiscal. Quando compareci para o retorno, fui informado que não tinha nenhuma pendência de documentação. O problema era só ajustar a simetria dos pneus. Foi recomendado pelo funcionário conhecido por baixinho que trocasse o pneu direito dianteiro pelo pneu esquerdo traseiro, vale salientar que para comparecer a inspeção foram instalados 4 pneus novos e feito alinhamento e balanceamento. Quando retornei com o tal ajuste realizado, foi solicitado que descrevesse na nota de instalação uma marca que nem sei de que se trata. Ficou Clara a intenção de me prejudicar por falta de propina para aprovar o que estava correto. Lamentável a falta de bom senso. Eu só tinha direito a aprovação e foi dificultada por interesse particular do funcionário. Eu não recomendo a empresa CENTRO DE INSPEÇÃO VEICULAR ITABAIANA, unidade de Arapiraca - Alagoas para o serviço de regularizar GNV. DECEPCIONANTE O TIPO DE ATENDIMENTO!

When I returned for the return, I was informed that I had no documentation pending. The problem was just adjusting the symmetry of the tires. It was recommended by the employee known as shorty to change the front right tire to the left rear tire, it is noteworthy that to attend the inspection were installed 4 new tires and made alignment and balancing. When I returned with the adjustment made, I was asked to describe in the installation note a mark I don't even know what it is about.
