★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paga frete para ter que ir buscar é uma das reclamações mais faladas pelos clientes. Você paga frete para eles não entregarem, engraçado que eles entregam quando querem porque as vezes entregam e as vezes não, e quando não entregam alegam que é zona de risco, se fosse zona de risco não iriam vim aqui nunca.
Já abri uma reclamação contra eles, total desrespeito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A encomenda tinha 8 dias que estava para entrega e fui buscar o atendente não aceitou a foto do RG pelo celular sendo que outro dia a mulher tinha aceitado sem falar que paga frete pra ir buscar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem eu fiquei esperando o carteiro passar com meu SEDEX, e para minha surpresa, quando olhei no aplicativo, constava que o carteiro não pôde entregar o produto por que não foi atendido, desrespeito e desonestidade. Não apareceu ninguém, não sai de casa, muito pelo contrário, fiquei esperando no portão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Já tá maís do que na hora de privatizar os correios. Onde já se viu pagar frete e ter que retirar encomendas nessa agência que além de muito distante ainda tem que enfrentar filas enormes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em frente a avenida Beira mar, próximo ao centro de distribuição dos Correios. Local seguro p entrega e todo meu lote e vizinhos 100% filmados 24horas por dia. Dizem que tentaram te entregar e não entregam. Até às contas de água e luz chegam depois de vencidas. O correio em Praia Grande-SP é péssimo! Estou numa fila pra retirar um pacote pequeno que disseram que foram entregar e não foram. Paguei frete pra ficar 2horas numa fila com sol rachando!!! Total desrespeito. Faça chuva ou faça sol aqui é cheio direto. E frete dos Correios é bem caro! Ninguém merece um serviço e atendimento lixo desses.
I live in front of Avenida Beira Mar, close to the Correios distribution center. Safe place for delivery and all my lot and neighbors 100% filmed 24 hours a day. They say they tried to deliver you and they don't deliver. Even the water and electricity bills arrive after they are due. The post office in Praia Grande-SP is terrible! I'm in line to pick up a small package that they said they were going to deliver and didn't. I paid shipping to stay 2 hours in a line with the sun cracking!!! Total disrespect. Rain or shine here is full straight. And shipping from the Post Office is very expensive! Nobody deserves such rubbish service and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no quietude e tenho que buscar minhas encomendas aí, super longe de minha residência e ainda por cima pegar uma fila gigantesca. Geralmente ficam apenas 2 atendentes sendo que 1 e para preferencial. Ainda por cima as pessoas que usam o preferencial muitas delas da pra perceber que usam de artifício para passar na frente com crianças que não são delas ou vão com algum idoso. É muito chato ir até lá e ter que desistir porque senão pode perder horário do serviço e para isso não há justificativa de chegar atrasada no trabalho. Já tem dois dias que vou até lá para retirar a encomenda e tenho que desistir de esperar por causa do trabalho
