★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um e-commerce e posso afirmar que certamente essa é uma das PIORES agências dos Correios que já tive o desprazer de frequentar.
FILAS DE NO MÍNIMO UMA HORA.
Sério, o inferno na terra. Não tem um dia razoável.
Abre às 9h, mas já tem fila antes mesmo disso. E só com UM caixa, porque o segundo caixa só abre DEPOIS DAS 9H30 para ajudar.
Sou contra a privatização integral da empresa, mas pior do que essa agência vai ser muito difícil ficar.
E fique atento porque fecha às 16h, e não às 17h como a maioria das agências.

 I have an e-commerce and I can say that this is certainly one of the WORST Post Office agencies I have ever had the displeasure of going to.
QUEUES OF AT LEAST ONE HOUR.
Seriously, hell on earth. There is no reasonable day.
It opens at 9am, but there's already a queue even before that. And only with ONE box, because the second box only opens AFTER 9:30 AM to help.
I am against the full privatization of the company, but worse than this agency, it will be very difficult to stay.
And be aware that it closes at 4pm, not 5pm like most agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em época de Covid sempre com uma fila enorme, aglomeração absurda, espera mínima para ser atendido de duas horas, acho que está agência não comporta o atendimento da Vila Caiçara, muito precária, poucos funcionários, não são muito objetivos no atendimento, uma confusão generalizada! Vila Caiçara necessita de mais agências do Correio, pois a espera de duas horas para ser atendido é absurdamente inconcebível principalmente nesta época de pandemia, nós corremos riscos desnecessários! Solicitamos mais agências do correio, ou uma agência organizada que corresponda ao atendimento existente com qualidade e respeito ao cliente!!! Que paga caríssimo pelos péssimos serviços prestados!!! ???
In Covid's time, there is always a huge queue, absurd crowding, minimum waiting time of two hours, I think this agency does not support Vila Caiçara's service, very precarious, few employees, they are not very objective in the service, a general confusion ! Vila Caiçara needs more Post Office agencies, as the two-hour wait to be served is absurdly inconceivable, especially in this time of pandemic, we run unnecessary risks! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos pela entrega justamente porque não tem como retirar e nao entregam! tem que cancelar o pedido, pois se trata de idosos não tem como estarem indo a agência . Absurdo!

Total disrespect for people, in addition to being outside exposed to the weather and among other risks, there is only 1 attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somente 2 caixas para atender a populacao da regiao. Ja fiquei 3 horas nas fila. Esta fora do pradroes de atendimento do Procon. Nao podemos passar de 40 min na fila. O atendimento prioritario nao para de chegar pessoas e assim so fica um caixa para atender a fila inteira. Tem que aumentar mais caixas para atender eficientemente a populacao.
Only 2 boxes to serve the population of the region. I've been in line for 3 hours. This is outside the Procon service standards. We cannot spend more than 40 minutes in line. The priority service does not stop people arriving and so there is only one cashier to attend the entire queue. You have to increase more boxes to efficiently serve the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo como ainda consegue média 3.... Deveria ser uma estrela apenas (porque não é possível ficar com zero). Péssimo atendimento, filas enormes, prepare para perder metade de seu dia, faça sol, faça chuva... evite comprar qualquer coisa que dependa dos correios entregar, nem remédios.
Os Correios da Praia Grande não entregam encomendas, usam a desculpa de que a cidade é perigosa... É um grande exagero, creio mesmo que o motivo é para que eles lucrem porque valores são pagos para que se entreguem as encomendas
I don't understand how it still manages to average 3... It should only be one star (because it's not possible to get zero). Bad service, huge lines, prepare to waste half your day, shine, rain... avoid buying anything that depends on the post office to deliver, or medicines.
The Correios da Praia Grande do not deliver packages, they use the excuse that the city is dangerous... It's a big exaggeration, I really believe that the reason is for them to profit because values are paid for the packages to be delivered
