★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção nota 0, pior que hospital público. Vc chega na emergência não tem nenhum maqueiro pra tirar o paciente do carro. A recepcionista não tem perfil nenhum para trabalhar com gente, ainda mais em situação de emergência, faz tudo com má vontade.
 Reception grade 0, worse than public hospital. When you arrive at the emergency, there is no stretcher-bearer to take the patient out of the car. The receptionist doesn't have any profile to work with people, even more in an emergency situation, she does everything grudgingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital é bom, o atendimento médico não demorou, só as recepcionistas que deixam a desejar tanto no início quanto no final do atendimento. Extrema má vontade com os pacientes, o descontentamento delas é explícito. Não sabem lidar com o público. Total falta de profissionalismo.
The hospital is good, the medical care didn't take long, only the receptionists who leave something to be desired both at the beginning and at the end of the service. Extreme ill will with patients, their discontent is explicit. They don't know how to deal with the public. Total lack of professionalism.

Do atendimento da equipe de apoio, passando pela enfermaria e equipe do centro cirúrgico o pessoal foi nota 1000! Tudo perfeito e sempre com a preocupação de me informar sobre o procedimento! Meu agradecimento especial ao Doutor Júlio César a secretária Simone e a equipe do anestesista! Muito profissionais! Grato a todos! Deus abençoe!
I had surgery on March 21, 2022, with Doctor Júlio César's team and received VIP treatment! From the care provided by the support team, through the ward and surgical center team, the staff was a 1000! Everything perfect and always with the concern to inform me about the procedure! My special thanks to Doctor Júlio César, secretary Simone and the anesthesiologist's team! Very professional! Thank you all! God bless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido chegou com o cotovelo inflamado com quadro de celulite, a Dra JulianaPedro de Andrade só passou medicação intravenosa por insistência do meu marido que não estava aguentando de tanta dor. Ela mal o examinou e passou Arcoxia e deu o diagnóstico de Bursite.
Resumindo: o quadro agravou bastante e ao chegar em outro hospital quase precisou ficar internado por erro de diagnóstico anterior.
My husband arrived with an inflamed elbow with cellulite, Dr JulianaPedro de Andrade only gave intravenous medication at the insistence of my husband who was not taking so much pain. She barely examined him and passed Arcoxia and gave the diagnosis of Bursitis.
In short: the condition worsened a lot and when he arrived at another hospital he almost had to be hospitalized due to a previous misdiagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! As pessoas não há um tratamento clínico e/ou pessoal humanizado.
Desde a recepção as pessoas atendem com má vontade e descaso.
Não permitem acompanhantes, a pessoa fica jogada no quarto desacordada até passar o feito da anestesia.
Colocaram a comida lá mesmo com o meu filho anestesiado quando ele acordou às 22h, não sabia o que tinha acontecido com ele, não conseguiu comer porque a comida estava gelada e estava de jejum desde às 7h da manhã.
Uma única senhora atendendo sozinha e de má vontade na recepção.
Ninguém informa nada.
Não indico esse hospital para ninguém.
Sem nenhuma compaixão ou empatia pelos pacientes e familiares e olha que é pago, imagina se fosse de graça?
Já recebi melhor atendimento ao paciente e suporte à família em UPAS.
Terrible service! People do not have a humanized clinical and/or personal treatment.
From the reception, people serve with ill will and neglect.
They do not allow companions, the person is thrown in the room unconscious until the anesthesia is over.
They put the food there even with my anesthetized son when he woke up at 10pm, he didn't know what had happened to him, he couldn't eat because the food was cold and he had been fasting since 7am.
A single lady working alone and grudgingly at the front desk.
Nobody reports anything.
I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.
Without any compassion or empathy for patients and families and look at what you get paid, imagine if it was free?
I have already received better patient care and family support at UPAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumo dizer que hospitais particulares que não tem ao menos uma ficha de pesquisa de satisfação ou ao menos um canal para reclamações, elogios e sugestões, já espero uma diretoria fraca (ou inexistente) e tão logo ser atendido por profissionais negligentes e sem postura com o publico! E neste lugar consegue ser o ápice disto tudo!
Em qualquer lugar existem os bons e os maus profissionais, só que os poucos bons que lá trabalham acabam ficando no mesmo nível de inferioridade dos ruins... até o lugar fechar as portas! E no fim só foi uma diretoria incompetente!
Escolha outro hospital, pois de lá tu sairá pior!
I usually say that private hospitals that do not have at least one satisfaction survey form or at least one channel for complaints, compliments and suggestions, I already expect a weak (or non-existent) management and as soon as they are attended by negligent professionals with no attitude towards the public! And in this place it manages to be the apex of it all!
There are good and bad professionals everywhere, but the few good ones who work there end up being on the same level of inferiority as the bad ones... until the place closes its doors! And in the end it was just an incompetent board!
Choose another hospital, because from there you will get worse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao hospital hoje 5/01/2022.Fui atendido pelo médico Carlos José Pires Innocencio Filho. Estou com suspeita de covid, a clínica não faz teste de covid e o médico Carlos José não quis me dar um pedido de teste. Perguntei a ele o motivo, ele simplesmente disse que não me daria. Me passou pastilha pra garganta e rinossoro. E me deu atestado de quatro dias. Fui até a recepção e solicitei que fosse chamado o gerente. Fiquei lá mofando e ninguém apareceu para falar comigo. Minha esposa está gravida e preciso saber se estou com covid ou não, posso estar colocando a vida das pessoas em risco. Tudo por causa de um médico que me tratou de forma grosseira.
I went to the hospital today 01/5/2022. I was attended by the doctor Carlos José Pires Innocencio Filho. I have a suspicion of covid, the clinic does not test for covid and the doctor Carlos José did not want to give me a test order. I asked him why, he just said he wouldn't give it to me. He gave me throat lozenge and rhino saline. And he gave me a four-day certificate. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager to be called. I stood there moldy and no one came to talk to me. My wife is pregnant and I need to know if I have covid or not, I could be putting people's lives at risk. All because of a doctor who treated me rudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo e olha que não sou de reclamar assim! Descaso total!!! Os funcionários não são NADA profissionais. Uma enfermeira ficou no whatsapp conversando em voz alta sua vida pessoal, os outros tudo no celular e vi ainda alguns outros dentro do consultório médico conversando só por que a sala estava vazia. A recepcionista não entrega seus documentos na hora, aí tem o risco de sair sem eles tendo o estresse de voltar. Fui na emergência com meu braço quebrado (literalmente) e o médico disse que só precisava de fisioterapia, só fui para buscar uma segunda opinião já que a primeira falou em operação. Como um médico fala para eu operar e nesse hospital falam que eu tenho que viver normal e somente fazer uma fisioterapia. Nunca mais vou buscar atendimento lá. Deus me livre!!!
Terrible place and I'm not one to complain like that! Total neglect!!! The staff are NOT professional at all. One nurse was on whatsapp talking aloud about her personal life, the others were all on her cell phone and I saw some others inside the doctor's office talking just because the room was empty. The receptionist doesn't deliver your documents on time, so you run the risk of leaving without them and having the stress of returning. I went to the emergency room with my broken arm (literally) and the doctor said I just needed physical therapy, I only went to get a second opinion since the first one talked about surgery. As a doctor tells me to operate and in this hospital they say that I have to live normally and just do physical therapy. I will never seek care there again. God forbid!!!
