Excellent, good weather, people willing to help. Gym that resembles the family environment, and a very forward jiu jitsu. Teachers explain very well, pay attention to details and make a point of seeing you evolve.

As aulas de Jiu-jitsu são muito dinâmicas e também com muito conteúdo técnico, com treinos específicos, livres e sem kimono também. O ambiente de treino é um outro ponto muito positivo, ótimo clima de amizade e com os mais graduados ajudando na evolução dos iniciantes.
Exceptional training staff, teachers and physical structure. Jiu-jitsu classes are very dynamic and also have a lot of technical content, with specific training, free and no gi too. The training environment is another very positive point, a great atmosphere of friendship and with the most seniors helping in the evolution of beginners.
