Minha mãe estava marcada para as 10:00h, quando chegou no horário marcado, falaram sem olhar pra ela que a médica ( Jaqueline) tinha ido embora, minha mãe com as pernas inchadas, recebeu a notícia que a médica nao estava e ainda foi muitooo mal recebida pelas recepcionistas e uma delas se chama Tainá. Péssimo atendimentooo! Clínica ostea, ta na hora de reever as funcionárias que colocam na recepçao!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade!!!! Estou tentando marcar uma consulta e quando ligo as funcionárias atendem o telefone e pedem pra aguardar um momento e me deixam mofando na linha. Uma delas chegou a voltar na ligação e quando eu falei que queria marcar uma consulta, ela não falou absolutamente nada e me deixou no mudo! DESISTO!
Poor quality service !!!! I'm trying to make an appointment and when I call, the employees answer the phone and ask to wait a moment and leave me sulking on the line. One of them came back on the call and when I said I wanted to make an appointment, she said absolutely nothing and left me speechless! I GIVE UP!

I stayed 2 hours waiting to be seen. I even slept in the waiting room and was given no satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho sido bem atendida por todos, tanto pelas recepcionistas quanto pelo médico. Sempre consigo agendar pelo Whatsapp sem maiores problemas. Também estou satisfeita com o atendimento do médico que me atende que é o Dr Felipe. Gostei muito da clínica.
I have been well attended by everyone, both the receptionists and the doctor. I can always schedule by Whatsapp without major problems. I am also satisfied with the care provided by the doctor who serves me, who is Dr Felipe. I really liked the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Eu estava com a perna engessada, imóvel em decorrência de um acidente, e a recepcionista e a faxineira não se dispuseram a pegar a cadeira de rodas.O médico que me atendeu pefiu que eu subisse na maca para exame. Como subir? Eu estava com a perna imóvel.
Terrible service. I had my leg in a cast, immobile as a result of an accident, and the receptionist and cleaning lady were unwilling to take the wheelchair. The doctor who attended me asked me to get on the stretcher for an examination. How to go up? My leg was immobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível atendimento. A secretária ligou confirmando a consulta e minha esposa deu ok. A consulta estava marcada há mais de 1 mês para às 11:40. A paciente chegou com 15 minutos de atraso e... o médico foi embora.
Horrible service. The secretary called confirming the appointment and my wife said ok. The appointment was scheduled for more than 1 month for 11:40. The patient arrived 15 minutes late and... the doctor left.

Já entrei em contato com a Unimed, perguntando como seria a sua avaliação para com os seu conveniados, pois essa clínica não teria a mínima condições de estar conveniada a nenhum plano de Saúde.
Terrible service in every way!

Isabela, médica super atenciosa, atendimento rápido, radiografia também, marquei ontem, já com vaga para hoje. Só tenho elogios, desde as recepcionistas, o técnico de raio-x e a médica, todos extremamente educados, a espera foi no ar condicionado, com muito conforto, principalmente num dia de quase 40° de verão no RJ
