★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia o local até precisar de uma cirurgia,local muito bom no atendimento,os anestesista muito bons,enfermeiros tbem,sem dizer da atendente simone da recepção,uma pessoa muito simpática carismática q entende os pacientes..só a outra recepcionista q achei um pouco despreparada pra lidar com o público,muito sem paciência e sem perfil..mas do resto tão de parabéns..sensacional todos.????
I didn’t know the place until I needed surgery, a very good service, the anesthesiologists are very good, nurses too, not to mention the receptionist simone at the reception, a very friendly charismatic person who understands patients..only the other receptionist who found one little unprepared to deal with the public, very without patience and without profile..but the rest are so congratulations everyone.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, muito descaso com o paciente, meu marido tinha uma cirurgia marcada, as 11:30, depois me informaram que ia ser as 14:00, não passaram as informações completas pra ele no papel de que precisaria ficar de jejum absoluto, gastamos 200 reias de Uber, pra vim até o local, viemos de manhã e saímos mais de 16:00 da tarde porque eu fui até a recepcionista perguntar se ele podia comer algo e foi aí que descobrimos que precisava de jejum absoluto, sendo a 1 vez de cirurgia nunca iríamos imaginar que precisaria de jejum, profissionais irresponsáveis, oque aconteceria com meu marido se eu não fosse ousada em perguntar, não recomendo esse hospital pra ninguém, porque se aconteceu comigo pode acontecer com qualquer um de vocês. Cuidado. Procurem outro local que passe todas as coordenadas corretas a serem seguidas, tomamos todas as exigências pedidas com exedo, menos essa por falta de comunicação do próprio anestesista, se erra até nisso imagine em outras coisas. a Unimed precisa avaliar melhor os profissionais e os locais pra serem prestados serviço. Indignada essa é a palavra, mas antes assim que pôr a vida do meu enti querido em risco.
Horrible, very neglect of the patient, my husband had a scheduled surgery, at 11:30, then he informed me it was going to be at 2:00 pm, he did not pass on the complete information to him on the paper that he would need to keep an absolute fast, we spent 200 Uber rides, to come to the place, we came in the morning and left more than 16:00 in the afternoon because I went to the receptionist to ask if he could eat something and that's when we found out that he needed an absolute fast, being the first time surgery we would never imagine that I would need fasting, irresponsible professionals, what would happen to my husband if I were not bold to ask, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, because if it happened to me it could happen to any of you. Watch out. Look for another place that passes all the correct coordinates to be followed, we take all the requirements requested with exedo, except this due to lack of communication from the anesthesiologist himself, even if you get it wrong, imagine other things. Unimed needs to better evaluate the professionals and places to be provided with services. That is the word outraged, but before I put my loved one's life at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento fácil acesso, tudo muito organizado, equipe maravilhosa, consulta com anestesista tirei todas as minhas dúvidas, no dia q internei foi ótimo fui muito bem tratada, as meninas da recepção me atenderam super bem me levaram ao quarto, fiquei em uma quarto sozinha, tinha tv para assistir, banheiro e tudo muito limpo e organizado, me deram cobertores q estava frio e me falaram se precisasse de mais era só pedir, minha cirurgia foi perfeita na hora de colocar o acesso a enfermeira segurou minha mão foi muito humanizada isso me ajudou muito me dar tranquilidade, qdo voltei da anestesia passei mal com muito enjoo e a doutora q fez a anestesia foi me ver várias vezes colocando remédio para enjôo no meu soro, as enfermeiras me trataram muito bem me ajudaram a levantar a ir ao banheiro a me vestir, o atendimento deles é bem humanizado isso com certeza fez toda a diferença me senti acolhida e muito bem... Só tenho elogios e com certeza recomendo e desejo muita sucesso para essa equipe maravilhosa...
Easy access parking, everything very organized, wonderful staff, consultation with an anesthesiologist I answered all my doubts, on the day I was admitted it was great, I was very well treated, the girls at the reception treated me very well, took me to the room, I stayed in a room by myself, I had a TV to watch, a bathroom and everything was very clean and organized, they gave me blankets when it was cold and they told me if I needed more, I just asked, my surgery was perfect at the time of access, the nurse held my hand, it was very humanized. it helped to give me peace of mind, when I came back from the anesthesia I was sick with a lot of nausea and the doctor who performed the anesthesia came to see me several times putting medicine for nausea in my IV, the nurses treated me very well and helped me get up and go to the bathroom a Dressing, their service is very humane, it certainly made all the difference, I felt welcomed and very well... I only have compliments and I certainly recommend and wish this team a lot of success. pe wonderful...

Ênfase para Dra Anestesista,e também para enferemira Daniela,super preparadas para a função que exercem.
Limpeza nota 10,alimentação idem.
Se precisarem,super recomendo.
