 I suggest you stay away from this place. Terrible attendance. Neurologist leaves, even with scheduled time. The receptionists are terrible. I never step forward again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meu Deus, o que é esse lugar? recepção lenta, tempo de espera absurdo pra marcar consulta pelo telefone, espaço pequeno, sempre lotado, você marca a consulta pra um horário e só passa 40 minutos depois do horário MARCADO. tem alguns excelentes médicos, e outros péssimos, limpeza deixa a desejar. por favor, melhorem!
my God, what is this place? slow reception, absurd waiting time to make an appointment over the phone, small space, always crowded, you make an appointment for a time and only pass 40 minutes after the APPROVED time. there are some excellent doctors, and some bad ones, cleanliness is lacking. please improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com Neurologista da clínica, super grosso e rude! Já passei o caso a ouvidoria do convênio mesmo sabendo que nem vai dar em nada!
Fico ainda mais insatisfeita em saber que autorizam qualquer um marcar um psiquiatra por ordem que não seja de um psicólogo ou por livre espontânea vontade da pessoa.
Horrível!
Bad experience with Neurologist at the clinic, super rude and rude! I've already passed the case to the ombudsman of the agreement even knowing that it won't even lead to anything!
I am even more dissatisfied to learn that anyone is authorized to appoint a psychiatrist by order other than a psychologist or by the person's free will.

Suiça - Parque das Nações foi para Luiz Pinto Flaquer pedi outro médico disseram que tenho que ficar ligando para ver desistência pois não tem agenda para esse ano sendo que tem um exame pra entregar, tentei pelo wathsapp fica um robo que só repete as mesmas coisa, telefone não da, será que se for pessoalmente eu consigo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei ligando por diversas vezes pra agendar consulta com a neuropediatra, não consegui e entrei em contato com a Unihosp pra ver se eu conseguia agendar por outro meio. Me passaram um link de um portal da Vipclin só assim consegui agendar. No dia da consulta chegando no endereço havia pedreiros trabalhando e me avisaram que tinha mudado o endereço da clínica. Achei um descaso mudam de endereço e não avisam ninguem,me desloquei com meu filho para o novo endereço e pelo menos nos atenderam rápido.
I kept calling several times to schedule an appointment with the neuropediatrician, I couldn't and I got in touch with Unihosp to see if I could make an appointment by other means. They gave me a link to a Vipclin portal just so I managed to schedule it. On the day of the consultation, arriving at the address, there were masons working and they told me that they had changed the address of the clinic. I found it negligent to change address and not notify anyone, I moved with my son to the new address and at least they assisted us quickly.
