★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo a clínica, amo o trabalho do Dr. Marcus Chiganer, me sentia com a alto estima péssima quando tinha pterígio nos dois olhos e o trabalho do Dr. Marcus simplesmente devolveu minha alto estima, me deu alegria, Dr. Marcus é um Excelente Médico simpatia em pessoa, Gosto demais já tem 2 anos e meio que cuida dos meus olhos e também do meu bebê e da minha filha do meu esposo e da minha sobrinha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a cirurgia de ceratocone com o Dr Paulo Cavalcante, no primeiro dia que fui a clínica, fui muito bem atendida, minha cirurgia foi marcado muito rápido, fiz a cirurgia, sem muitas informações, mas procurei informações sobre a doença e do procedimento pela internet. Após a cirurgia, minha visão piorou, fiz as revisões com ele, sempre muito rápido, sem informações, seco e ignorante. Já fiz umas 3 revisões, tenho ceratocone nas 2 vistas, no último atendimento, ele solicitou que eu usasse lentes rígidas, realizei a compra das lentes (em um lugar de minha confiança), ele me enviou para comprar pela clínica, mas o valor é absurdo. Então optei por comprar em um lugar mais acessível e, repito, de confiança.
A lente do olho esquerdo, que foi operado, não teve uma adaptação boa, então trouxe a lente para o Dr Paulo Cavalcanti olhar e ele muito ignorante, disse que não olharia, me deu uma receita de óculos, a gente investe valores altos em lente, remédios, consultas e é tratada com desdém, disse que meu ceratocone era alto. Não procurou entender o que eu estava falando, simplesmente disse que não podia fazer nada.
Acabou com meu auto estima, quando ele saiu da sala, eu chorei, pois deu a impressão que só queria fazer a cirurgia e ponto.
Não volto nesse lugar nunca mais... Precisamos de médicos que tenham mais empatia. Não volto e nem indico esse médico para ninguém...

After the surgery, my vision got worse, I made the revisions with him, always very fast, without information, dry and ignorant. I've had about 3 revisions, I have keratoconus in both views, in the last appointment, he asked me to wear rigid lenses, I bought the lenses (in a place I trust), he sent me to buy them through the clinic, but the price is absurd. So I chose to buy in a more affordable and, I repeat, reliable place.
The lens of the left eye, which was operated on, did not adapt well, so I brought the lens to Dr Paulo Cavalcanti to look at it and he was very ignorant, said he would not look, he gave me a prescription for glasses, we invest high amounts in lenses , medicines, consultations and is treated with disdain, said that my keratoconus was high. He didn't try to understand what I was talking about, he simply said he couldn't do anything.
It ended my self-esteem, when he left the room, I cried, because it gave the impression that I just wanted to do the surgery and that was it.
I will never go back to this place again... We need doctors who have more empathy. I won't go back and I won't recommend this doctor to anyone...

The ophthalmologist quickly diagnosed retine displacement and scheduled an appointment with the surgeon in Ipanema at noon.
He confirmed diagnosis and the clinic started the bureaucratic procedures to get surgery authorization from the health insurance company.
In short: surgery was tealized next Monday.
Most probably authorization was still on the works over the weekend and while surgery occurred - probably the clinic bet on the result
Since retine displacement demands quick action, was pleased to see how swiftly everything was done.
