★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação ao atendimento, não tenho do que me queixar, tudo ocorreu satisfatoriamente, no dia do exame. O que me surpreendeu negativamente, porem, foi ontempo que levam pra entregar o resultado - 15 dias, no meu caso!!!! Com se já não bastasse ter de esperar esse tempo todo, quando fui buscar o resultado (mais de 15 dias), me disseram que o laudo não estava pronto!!! Um absurdo! Provavelmente, não voltarei mais a essa clínica, e nem a recomendarei.
 Regarding the service, I have nothing to complain about, everything happened satisfactorily, on the day of the exam. What surprised me negatively, however, was yesterday they take to deliver the result - 15 days, in my case !!!! As if it weren't enough to wait all this time, when I went to get the result (more than 15 days), I was told that the report was not ready !!! Absurd! I will probably never go back to this clinic, nor will I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tive boas experiências com a clínica Downtown Oftalmocenter, conheci eles por referência em estrabismo, são um dos únicos que possuem estrabologa, especialidade muito difícil de ser encontrada no RJ.
O atendimento é surreal, sempre atenciosos na recepção e meu filho já se trata lá a 4 anos, antes com a Dra Bárbara que era Pupila da Dra Thais Silveira que é uma profissional Maravilhosa. O estrabismo do meu filho é super controlado. Tenho somente a agradecer a equipe.
I always had good experiences with the Downtown Oftalmocenter clinic, I met them by reference in strabismus, they are one of the only ones that have strabology, a very difficult specialty to be found in RJ.
The service is surreal, always attentive at the reception and my son has been there for 4 years, before with Dr. Bárbara who was a pupil of Dr. Thais Silveira who is a wonderful professional. My son's strabismus is very controlled. I just have to thank the team.

Meu atendimento foi super rapidinho, todos muito educados desde a recepção até na consulta. Ocorreu tudo bem rápido, fui atendida em menos de meia hora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há mais de 18 anos e me decepcionei muito com os últimos atendimentos.
Minha filha fez 3 exames e me informaram que o resultado estaria pronto em 15 dias.
Passados 24 dias fui buscar os exames e aí começou a confusão!
Só acharam um laudo e a recepcionista, com preguiça ou total descaso me disse que o laudo englobava os 3 exames o que achei muito estranho e contestei. Como tinha consulta com a médica que solicitou os exames relatei o que tinha acontecido me foi dito que se a minha filha tinha feito os 3 exames deveria ter os 3 laudos.
Voltei a recepção e relatei o ocorrido e então a referida recepcionista saiu e após 15 minutos trouxe os 3 laudos, porém sem as respectivas imagens o que novamente questionei. Até agora não sei se os laudos foram emdasados nas respectivas imagens ou me deram qualquer coisa para eu ir embora e não causar tumulto.
Tentei abrir uma reclamação no site mais se sucesso.
Infelizmente o Dr. Carlos Fernando não está mais clinicando e não tenho mais segurança nesta clínica.
I've been a customer for over 18 years and I was very disappointed with the last few calls.
My daughter did 3 exams and they informed me that the result would be ready in 15 days.
After 24 days I went to get the exams and then the confusion started!
They only found a report and the receptionist, with laziness or total disregard, told me that the report included the 3 exams, which I found very strange and contested. As I had an appointment with the doctor who requested the exams, I reported what had happened and I was told that if my daughter had done the 3 exams, she should have the 3 reports.
I went back to reception and reported what had happened and then the said receptionist left and after 15 minutes she brought the 3 reports, but without the respective images, which I again questioned. So far I don't know if the reports were embedded in the respective images or if they gave me anything to go away and not cause a ruckus.
I tried to file a claim on the site but with no success.
Unfortunately Dr. Carlos Fernando is no longer practicing and I am no longer safe in this clinic.
