★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência ruim com um médico de idade. O mesmo me recebeu em sua sala, mas se quer quis realizar a avaliação de grau. Estipulou um grau bem abaixo do meu atual, alegando que era preciosismo demais saber o grau exato. Postura absurda para um médico.

Quis fazer medição de grau depois de dilatar e como não consegui ler, me indicou psicólogo.
Fui em outra clinica e nenhum problema foi encontrado. E consegui medir o grau fazer os exames com tranquilidade.

Após dar meu nome, horário de consulta e nome do médico à uma das recepcionistas, esta me pediu para aguardar ser chamado. Após ficar 1 hora aguardando me dirigi à recepção e uma das recepcionistas surpresa me perguntou se eu havia passado pela recepção. Ela me ofereceu ser atendido imediatamente, mas já estava transtornado com o descaso e resolvi ir embora. Apesar de cliente há quase 10 anos do Dr.Sergio Schuindt, nunca mais pretendo retornar. Tanta estrutura e 4 recepcionistas para tamanha confusão.
Today I had an appointment at 9:20 with Dr. Sergio Schuindt. I arrived at 9:15. After giving my name, appointment time and name of the doctor to one of the receptionists, she asked me to wait to be called. After waiting 1 hour I went to the reception and one of the surprise receptionists asked me if I had passed the reception. She offered to see me immediately, but I was already upset by the neglect and decided to leave. Although Dr. Sergio Schuindt's client for almost 10 years, I never plan to return. So much structure and 4 receptionists for such confusion.

Nunca respeitam horário, marcam hora com você depois que vc chegar na hora marcada eles te atendem uma hora depois. Isso me irrita.
Other than Dr. Elza, the rest of the bad service. The call girls are very thick they seem to work at NASA.
Never respect the time, make time with you after you arrive at the time they meet you an hour later. It annoys me.

Minha consulta era logo no início do dia e quando eu entrei no consultório o médico só reclamou do começo ao fim, fez mil críticas ao meu oftalmologista anterior, totalmente sem ética. Para completar, eu fui indicada porque tinha interesse em fazer a operação refrativa. Pelo visto, ao ficar reclamando não ouviu o que eu disse e me orientou errado, ao invés de passar a prescrição dos exames pré operatório, ele me encaminhou para uma consulta com a Dra. Elza para ela simplesmente me passar os exames. Me senti lesada, pois nesse processo todo além do tempo perdido com esse médico ainda terei que arcar com mais uma consulta.

Agora as meninas do atendimento são debochadas é super mal humoradas.
Sempre atendendo e com cara comeu e não gostou e reclamando de cada paciente que dar as costas. Fiquei assustada com a falta de educação, ligando é pior ainda, elas colocam o telefone no mudo e deixa você falando sozinha, depois volta e fica senhoraaaa, senhoraaaa e dando desculpas bobas.
Tenho nomes de todas, só que não vou dizer, porque querendo ou não precisam trabalhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que fui fiquei meio perdida, acho que falta um pouco de sinalização pra recepção... Fora isso, fui muito bem atendida pelos funcionários e pela Dra. Sylvia, e estão tomando os cuidados necessários por causa da pandemia! Fiz todos os meus exames lá mesmo e recomendo a clínica!

Tirava minhas duvidas antes mesmo de eu perguntar. Para quem estiver procurando por uma oftalmologista pode ir sem medo.
