★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha namorada para fazer um exame de vista para ver o grau que o óculos dela precisaria. No entanto, não achei profissional uma parte do processo:
No final daquela etapa de ler as letrinhas, ela estava com dificuldade de falar as letras mas, depois de uns segundos se esforçando, conseguiu ler.
Logo após isso, a doutora já concluiu o atendimento e foi escrever o grau, ignorando que ela ficou se esforçando pra ler aquelas últimas letras. Então perguntei pra doutora (Fernanda) se não seria melhor mudar o grau do aparelho e pedir pra ela ler de novo pois teve dificuldade, mas não, ela disse que "se conseguiu ler, tá bom".
Não gostei disso pois, apesar de conseguir ler, ela teve uma dificuldade, então deve ter um grau ainda melhor que ela pudesse ler sem tanto esforço, mas a doutora não se importou em explorar essa possibilidade.
Estou inseguro do grau verdadeiro dela e, mesmo questionando isso com a clínica depois, fui ignorado. Não volto e recomendo a ninguém.
I took my girlfriend for an eye exam to see how much her glasses would need. However, I didn't find a part of the process professional:
At the end of that step of reading the letters, she was having trouble speaking the letters, but after a few seconds of trying, she could read.
Soon after that, the doctor already completed the service and went to write the degree, ignoring that she was struggling to read those last letters. So I asked the doctor (Fernanda) if it would not be better to change the grade of the device and ask her to read again because it had difficulty, but no, she said that "if you could read, okay".
I didn't like that because, although she could read, she had a hard time, so it must have been even better than she could read without so much effort, but the doctor didn't mind exploring that possibility.
I am unsure of her true degree, and even questioning this with the clinic later, I was ignored. I won't be back and recommend it to anyone.

Profissional capacitado e funcionários atenciosos. Super indico essa clínica maravilhosa.
I had to undergo surgery and Dr Albertobensoussan explained to me how it would happen and reassured me. I'm still his patient today. This happened in 2008.
Trained professional and attentive staff. Super recommend this wonderful clinic.

Porém impressionada com a Contatologa totalmente mercenaria, sem postura profissional, colocou a lente teste para verificar se eu estava enxergando, onde com certeza todas são amostras grátis do laboratório, me obrigou a retornar em 1hr para pagar as lentes caso eu ficasse, como me cobrou um preço absurdo, 3x maior o que valor das óticas q pesquisei nesse tempo. Sendo assim, tirou as lentes descartáveis de mim, e não serve para mais ngm e disse q não poderia deixar que não fechei com ela, jogando fora de ruindade, apesar de ter feito consulta e vários exames, onde paguei.Fiquei impressionada com a ruindade e o anti profissionalismo. Como pode uma mulher q se diz profissional trabalhar em uma clínica tão renomada e com excelentes profissionais, ter uma terceirizada tão ruim. Também não posso deixar de elogiar as recepcionistas e os rapazes q realizam os exames antes excelentes!!! Mas saí da clínica muito humilhada, e o pior o deboche da Contatologa, impressionada!!! Não façam lentes de contato com ela!!!! Péssima!!!
Excellent doctor Dr. Albert, congratulations!!! However, impressed with the Contactologa, totally mercenary, without a professional attitude, she put the test lens to check if I was seeing, where for sure they are all free laboratory samples, forced me to return in 1hr to pay for the lenses if I stayed, as she charged me an absurd price, 3x higher than the value of the optics I researched at that time. So, she took the disposable lenses from me, and they are useless for anyone else and said that I couldn't let her go, throwing them away from badness, despite having had a consultation and several exams, which I paid for. I was impressed with the badness. and anti-professionalism. How can a woman who calls herself a professional work in such a renowned clinic and with excellent professionals, have such a bad outsourced. I can't help but praise the receptionists and the guys who perform the exams before excellent!!! But I left the clinic very humiliated, and the worst of the mockery of Contactologa, impressed!!! Don't make contact lenses with her!!!! Awful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband needed assistance while traveling in Rio. We were able to find Focus clinic online and were able to get an appointment the same day. The service provided by Dr Alberto was exceptional. I’ll be planning to take a trip to Rio just so I can have my cataracts done in this place. Highly recommend it.
