Há mais de um mês tentando realizar a minha transferência na instituição porém sem sucesso. Atendentes despreparados para um bom atendimento, argumentações e fidelização com novos candidatos. Entrei em contato com a Liliane coordenadora do Curso de Gestão de RH onde ela ficou responsavel em avaliar as materias cursadas, PORÉM ELA NAO RETORNA, NÃO ATENDE E NÃO RESPONDE MEUS E-MAILS.
DESCASO TOTAL COM CANDIDATOS COM INTERESSE EM INGRESSAR NA INSTITUIÇÃO. Vocês pecam demais no atendimento.

For more than a month I have been trying to make my transfer to the institution, but to no avail. Unprepared assistants for good service, arguments and loyalty with new candidates. I contacted Liliane coordinator of the HR Management Course where she was responsible in evaluating the courses, BUT SHE DOES NOT RETURN, DOES NOT RESPECT AND DOES NOT RESPOND MY E-MAILS.
TOTAL DISCOUNT WITH CANDIDATES WITH INTEREST IN ENTERING THE INSTITUTION. You sin too much in the service.
