É muito triste ver como a falta de comprometimento prejudicou uma turma inteira. É um sentimento muito triste que ficou com todos nós, nos sentimos cobaias das aulas modulares, foi tempo e dinheiro perdido, que nunca nos será ressarcido.
I would very much like Una teachers to have reinvented themselves and I bring better experiences to the classroom. It is very sad to see how the lack of commitment has hurt an entire class. It is a very sad feeling that stayed with all of us, we feel guinea pigs from modular classes, it was time and money lost, which will never be reimbursed to us.

Tranquei o curso de publicidade por falta de renda, foi uma luta conseguir ser atendido, quando fui atendido me disseram que "não negociamos com matrículas trancadas" e me sugeriram pagar 27 mil...
Como um desempregado paga 27 mil? kkkkkkk, enfim...
Te vendem um sonho, professores ótimos que ensinam coisas relevantes, mas a própria instituição não pratica um dos tópicos mais falados em sala que é a trasparência.
Não recomendo para ninguém.

They sell you a dream, great teachers who teach relevant things, but the institution itself does not practice one of the most talked about topics in the classroom, which is transparency.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

A colação de grau da minha filha foi ontem dia 21/09/2021 às 21 horas,ela fez a inscrição para colação interna,fez todos os procedimentos necessários e na hora do evento com a família toda na expectativa minha filha fica sabendo que a inscrição dela foi indeferida e que ela e uma outra colega não iria aparecer na hora da chamada. Mais INDIGNADA ficamos quando nem o nome dela foi citado na chamada dos formandos.
QUERO UMA RETRATAÇÃO DA UNA.
Afinal moro em Ribeirão das Neves e até no começo da pandemia ela levantava às 04 horas da manhã para estar na Una liberdade no horário determinado.
Isso foi um descaso com a aluna.
ESPERO QUE A UNA ENTRE EM CONTATO CONOSCO PARA RESOLVERMOS ESTA QUESTÃO.
A família toda está decepcionada com a situação.
ESPERAMOS QUE A UNA SE RETRATE.
O pior é que ela chegou a falar com o coordenador de curso e o mesmo disse que era uma pena ela não poder participar.
Esperava uma postura dele de pelo menos falar que ia ver o que tinha acontecido.
Afinal a colação já está sendo de uma forma on line e é um momento tão esperado pelos alunos e no momento do evento fica sabendo que a aluna não vai participar por um erro da faculdade?
Pois a aluna fez o que ela precisava fazer para participar da colação.
ESPERAMOS RETORNO URGENTE!!!!

My daughter's graduation ceremony was yesterday, 21/09/2021 at 9 pm, she made the application for internal graduation, she did all the necessary procedures and at the time of the event with the whole family in anticipation, my daughter learns that the application her was dismissed and that she and another colleague would not show up at the time of the call. More OUTRAGED we were when not even her name was mentioned in the trainees' call.
I WANT A RETRACTION OF UNA.
After all, I live in Ribeirão das Neves and even at the beginning of the pandemic she would get up at 4 am to be at Una Liberdade at the specified time.
This was a disregard for the student.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 horas esperando no chat para não resolverem nada sobre a minha matrícula, estou desde o começo do ano tentando ter acesso a ÚNICA MATÉRIA que preciso cursar e ninguém te orienta a nada...
Isso porque fiz o pagamento da matrícula final do ano passado e já assinei o contrato. Se para uma matéria ta essa dificuldade imagina pro curso todo. Enquanto isso to perdendo aula já... complicado.

That's because I paid the final registration fee last year and I already signed the contract. If for a subject there is this difficulty, imagine for the whole course. Meanwhile I'm missing class already... complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço a ressalva de que qualquer avaliação é individual. O que é ruim para um, pode ser bom para outro. Uma experiência é apenas um recorte individual. Então vamos lá. Não gostei do curriculo circular, que me pareceu mais uma adaptação comercial para cursos com baixa procura do que escolha acadêmica. Apesar da liberação sanitária, a instituição usa as aulas online no limite da lei, algumas gravadas, com pouca interação com alunos. A qualidade do ensino não foi satisfatória, sem uma.turma, com alunos de vários períodos e Estados diferentes em turmas virtuaos mal planejadas. O contato com a faculdade é difícil e pouco transparente, após a matrícula e a impressão é descaso total com o aluno, que não encontra resposta para as demandas ficando completamente abansonados. Por telefone ou email desista. Depois pouco mais de um mês minha filha achou que não encontraria a formação esperada e e cancelou o curso, mas mesmo isso virou novela. Difícil imaginar alguém saindo bem formado de um ambiente tão desfavorável. O pior foi o curriculo circular, com alunos do primeiro periodo e tendo aulas com alunos em final de curso, feito de maneira a atender às necessidades da escola, acima dos interesses do aluno. A ver outras avaliações e pesquisar essas questões para ver se vale a pena.
