Conclusão fui procurar outra clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido. Minha cachorra estava bem mal quando demos entrada e a Dra Nataly foi ótima e agiu para reverter o quadro. Recomendo.
I was very well taken care of. My dog was in pretty bad shape when we checked in and Dr Nataly was great and acted to reverse the situation. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,meu gato ficou lá internado e operou a boca,só de atendimento , operação da boca e dois dias de internação saiu em torno de qse 1500.Ai após 10 dias era pra retornar a tirar os pontos da boca,mas NUNCA foi falado nada de anestesia.Ali tudo é dinheiro,nada por amor.
Me cobraram a cirurgia da pata 3.000 como disse que não tinha e levei ele pra SP no Hospital Veterinário Anclivepa.Onde fiquei na fila de madrugada mas tudo ali foi gratuito e com amor ao meu gato.Foi super bem assistido e sua cirurgia um sucesso e gratuito.Bem acho que não gostaram pq voltei ao retorno da boca para a clínica Fernandes e perguntei no ZAP se faziam Curativo na sonda.Disseram que sim e aproveitei no dia pra tirar os pontos da boca e fazer o Curativo.
Mas....a Dra que me atendeu resolveu fazer tudo de uma só vez,deixando o gato irritado e ela não soube com 2 acidentes juntas,não souberam fazer carinho ou mesmo segurar o gato pra fazer o curativo, conclusão a sonda que foi colocado de emergência em SP,duas horas de cirurgia,de madrugada na fila,sem almoço tomando friagem ela simplesmente me fala que não teve culpa,mas o gato havia tirado a sonda.
Sonda essa que ele havia perdido peso por não se alimentar e precisava dela pra medicação,pois havia medicamento que tinha que introduzir devagar e não poderia ser através de seringa uma vez que sou sozinha .Enfim a sonda era de extrema importância ao gatinho.Onde ela simplesmente na arrogância falou que não tinha nada com isso.Ou seja pra fazer isso eu mesma teria feito em casa,se não fosse pra fazer com um profissional/Mas ali tudo é a base de dinheiro e arrogância.Pessima experiência e jamais índico a quem quer que seja...leve seu pet onde lhe dão carinho e assistência e não só por dinheiro.

Finally, the tube was extremely important to the kitten. simply in arrogance he said that he had nothing to do with it. In other words, to do this I would have done it myself, if it wasn't to do it with a professional / But everything there is based on money and arrogance. Bad experience and I never recommend it to anyone whatever it is... take your pet where they give it affection and assistance and not just for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO LEVEM SEU PET NEM DE GRAÇA, por volta das 21:00 da noite minha cachorra ficou com tremores e com agitação, levei pro veterinário mais próxima de mim que era o centro veterinário fernandes, de início falou que ela estava com mt gases e ar no estômago furaram a barriga dela e nd adiantou ai falou que o certo era fazer uma sonda nela pra tirar o ar mas nd adiantou tbm, quando ela fou acordando voltou os sintomas iniciais um pouco mais grave. Deu alta e disse que era pra deixar em um lugar fresco. A cachorra não tinha força pra andar ou ficar em pé, e os tremores continuou. Sem saber oq fazer fui em outro veterinário no embu la eles deram o diagnostico de primeira, ela passou 20 min na medicação e ficou normal. Nunca vão neste local se puder ir em outro va mas lá nunca quase perco minha cachorra por negligência de profissionais. Se é que posso chamar de profissional
