★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho é diabético não estava bem com tontura e a equipe da noite uma equipe ecepicional ,uma educação um respeito e muitos humanos deixaram eu ficar perto do meu filho
...mas infelizmente a troca de plantão não foi muito humana me tiraram de perto do meu filho e com uma educação a desejar ... Muito chateada ? .para equipe da noite do dia 19/12/21 eu dou cinco estrelas mas nessa equipe da manhã ...desculpa mas ....e ainda meu filho está a 11 HS esperando pra fazer um exame .isso pq ele é diabético ,tem ansiedade e um descaso do PA . De deixar ele esperando tanto tempo .
My son is diabetic he was not ok with dizziness and the night team an exceptional team, an education, respect and many humans let me stay close to my son
...but unfortunately the shift change was not very human, they took me away from my son and with an education to be desired... Very upset ? .for the night team on 12/19/21 I give five stars but for this one morning team ... sorry but ... and my son is still at 11 HS waiting to do an exam . this is because he is diabetic , has anxiety and neglects the PA . To keep him waiting so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo minha indignação como ser humano do meu atendimento , depois de 5 dias com dores fortíssima na lombar e cervical não podendo virar abaixar ou inclinar o pescoço com febre de 39.5 dia 6/05/22 tive a triagem bem rápida , cheguei às 13:15 a médica me atendeu 13:45 pediu exames de sangue e urina pra aguardar +ou -2 horas pro exame ficar pronto e assim daria continuidade no atendimento aguardei o tempo todo não troquei nen mesmo de cadeira não aguentando mais tanta espera questionei a enfermeira por tanta demora , que a mesma agilizou as 17:15 hr meu atendimento , pra minha surpresa in indignação a Dr ao me atender com tanta desumano disse que já havia me chamado três vezes e sem retorno deu baixa na minha ficha , não podendo fazer mais nada por mim nem mesmo medicar me deu meu exame na mão e me liberou , , me sinto um lixo , obs a upa passa por reforma com muito barulho o dia todo de martelete , a essa profissional deixos parabéns queria saber se faria isso com algum familiar dela , e se estudou pra isso creio que está na profissão errada não vou divulgar o nome dela , pq sabemos que a corda arrenta para o lado mais fraco , Ainda estou me recuperando acho que se tivesse indo numa clínica veterinária teria mais êxodo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já tive. Cheguei antes das 7:00 da manhã e não tinha nenhum médico atendendo, isso porque é um pronto-socorro 24 horas. Só lá pelas 8:00, foi que começou o primeiro atendimento. Estava e ainda estou com uma dor forte na lombar. A médica insensível e desumana, Monik Freitas Cha, quando me atendeu mal olhou para mim. Só perguntou o que eu tinha e imprimiu três receitas com medição. Daí tive que esperar quase uma hora para receber a medicação. Isso depois que minha pressão caiu e eu fiquei tonto, com fraqueza e comecei a passar mal, pois já fazia mais de 12 horas que não tinha comido, como pensei que o atendimento fosse rápido, iria tomar café quando chegasse em casa. Após a medicação, falei com a médica sobre o atestado, e a mesma se negou a me dar o atestado de um dia, visto que não teria e não tenho condição de ir trabalhar na escola, já que quando fico sentado (e também em pé) sinto muitas dores. Tive que faltar no trabalho e assumir um desconto de 200 reais no meu holerite. Além das dores, também estou com stress elevado já que minha esposa grávida de 7 meses e minha filha já estão doentes há uma semana e tenho que cuidar delas também.
Worst service I've ever had. I arrived before 7:00 am and there was no doctor attending, that's because it's a 24-hour emergency room. It was only around 8:00 that the first service began. I was and still am with severe back pain. The insensitive and inhuman doctor, Monik Freitas Cha, when she saw me, barely looked at me. Just asked what I had and printed three recipes with measurements. Then I had to wait almost an hour to receive the medication. This was after my blood pressure dropped and I got dizzy, weak and started to feel sick, because it had been more than 12 hours since I had eaten, as I thought the service would be fast, I would have breakfast when I got home. After the medication, I spoke to the doctor about the certificate, and she refused to give me the one-day certificate, since I would not and am not able to go to work at school, since when I am sitting (and also standing) ) I feel a lot of pain. I had to miss work and take a 200 reais discount on my payslip. In addition to the pain, I am also under high stress as my 7 months pregnant wife and daughter have been sick for a week and I have to take care of them too.
