★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presta até um bom atendimento, porém o serviço é péssimo, a energia cai muito, parece não existir manutenção de tão péssimo que é o serviço prestado, além da cobrança abusiva de quase o dobro do que é cobrado pela Enel no KW. Enfim as duas estrelas é somente pelo atendimento. Pois não tenho como avaliar o serviço, por não existir método de avaliação negativo nessa plataforma do Google Maps.
It even provides a good service, but the service is terrible, the energy drops a lot, there seems to be no maintenance so bad that is the service provided, and the abuse of almost twice what is charged by Enel in KW. Anyway the two stars is only for the service. Because I have no way to evaluate the service, because there is no negative rating method in this platform of Google Maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com péssimo atendimento, preço da luz muito alta e não fazem manutenção na rede elétrica, pagamos luz cara e não temos energia. Do nada e sem motivo a luz desliga e demora para voltar, muitos clientes tem crianças pequenas em casa ou a geladeira com peresíveis tendo prejuízos. Falta luz o tempo todo. Meu povo acorda a CERCI precisa mudar ou fora cerci!
Company with terrible service, very high light prices and no maintenance on the electricity grid, we pay expensive electricity and we don't have energy. Out of nowhere and for no reason the light turns off and takes a long time to come back, many customers have small children at home or the refrigerator with perishables having losses. There is no light all the time. My people wake up to CERCI need to change or outside siege!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento entender como esta empresa ainda opera na cidade... Possui um kW/h ABSURDAMENTE CARO: R$0,96 (o dobro da Enel), os bairros atendidos padecem com a falta de luz toda vez que chove forte, é tecnologicamente atrasada - vide conta de luz enviada como boleto, etc, etc, etc. TRISTE!
Minha dica? Entreguem os bairros atendidos para a Enel! Além da tarifa mais barata o atendimento é rápido, eficiente e a empresa anos luz à frente da CERCI. Me expliquem o motivo de termos uma empresa Tabajara quando é possível sermos atendidos por uma multinacional?
