We bought a vehicle that we noticed some noises and at the time of purchase we aligned the necessary adjustments. We were very well attended when we returned to the adjustments and resolved absolutely everything that had been agreed. They were more than fair. They were friendly, attentive, honorable! Comprei meu primeiro carro com eles em 2018 e no laudo cautelar feito por eles o carro estava tudo OK, hoje após esses anos todos quando fui revender meu carro descobri que ele já foi batido na traseira onde foi feito uma vistoria no carro e detectado a batida, resumo acabei perdendo valor na venda do veículo.
Estou aqui deixando apenas minha opinião, como já se passou anos não vou procurar o meu direito , porém fica a dica pra vc que está pensando em negociar com essa empresa.
I do not recommend shopping with this company. I bought my first car from them in 2018 and in the precautionary report made by them the car was OK, today after all these years when I went to resell my car I discovered that it had already been hit in the rear where an inspection was carried out on the car and the crash was detected , summary I ended up losing value in the sale of the vehicle.
I'm just leaving my opinion here, as it's been years I'm not going to look for my right, but here's a tip for you who are thinking about negotiating with this company.
