★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o fone....quando atende deixa vc esperando e depois falam que vão retornar...e nunca retornam....unimed tem que melhorar seus prestadores...lamentável
Nobody answers the phone .... when you answer it leaves you waiting and then they say they will return ... and they never return .... unimed has to improve its providers ... unfortunate

Whenever I needed to take exams, I was very well attended, thanks to all professionals, especially Luciana Faria, always so dedicated, attentive and helpful, both by phone and in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, dão preferência a convênios maiores, marcam um horário para o paciente e se tem particular ou convênios maiores por exemplo, inventam 1001 desculpa para atrasar seu exame ou mesmo com papel marcado em mãos ainda insistem em alterar seu horário.
Lousy service, give preference to larger health plans, make an appointment for the patient and if you have private or larger health plans for example, make up 1001 excuse to delay your exam or even with paper marked in hand still insist on changing your schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil classificar por estrela ,deveria ser por pessoa, por ex : recepcionista 5 estrelas muito educada, as duas pessoas que me chamaram para fazer a fixa de anaminese 5 estrelas , mas a mulher que me posisiona na maca da ressonância 0 estrelas uma grossa pra não dizer outra coisa por conta dela não indico , não sou de prejudicar as pessoas mas realmente não gostei , fui atendido no horário marcado pontual , agora não custa nada atender bem as pessoas independente do valor a ser pago pelo serviço que aliás não é barato
Difficult to classify by star, it should be per person, eg: 5 star receptionist very polite, the two people who called me to do the 5 star anamineses fix, but the woman who puts me on the resonance stretcher 0 stars a thick one to not to say another thing because of her I do not indicate , I am not one to harm people but I really did not like it , I was attended at the punctual appointment , now it costs nothing to serve people well regardless of the amount to be paid for the service which is not cheap .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estranhei alguns comentários aqui...O meu é convênio, liguei, fui atendido rapidamente, agendaram para 2 dias depois. No dia seguinte me ligaram para confirmar horário, no dia do exame, me ligaram perguntando se eu poderia ir mais cedo, pois estavam adiantados, fui, cheguei mais cedo, rapidamente fui atendido pela recepcionista, nem deu tempo de guardar os documentos e já me chamaram, orientaram perfeitamente de como seria o exame e fim !!!! Tudo na mais perfeita tranquilidade e profissionalismo como deve ser. !!! PARABÉNS
I found some strange comments here... Mine is an agreement, I called, I was answered quickly, they scheduled it for 2 days later. The next day they called me to confirm time, on the day of the exam, they called me asking if I could go earlier, as they were early, I went, I arrived earlier, I was quickly attended to by the receptionist, I didn't even have time to save the documents and I already they called, guided perfectly on how the exam would be and the end !!!! Everything in perfect tranquility and professionalism as it should be. !!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY
