 Horrible no one answers the phone to give more information I went personally and they did not let up a lack of impathy and respect with people! Honestly it leaves something to be desired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso, demora um pouco pois são muitas pessoas, mas valeu muito a pena,fiz a TN explicou todos os detalhes, fiquei cercada de médicos atenciosos e experientes, chutaram até o sexo,fizeram de tudo até o bb se mexer para colaborar no exame,fiquei quase 1h,recomendo muito e pretendo voltar,mil vezes melhor que muitos particulares q já fui,e acredito que quem estudar lá tbm sairá satisfeito pelo que eu pude observar durante o exame.
Wonderful service, it takes a little time because there are a lot of people, but it was very worth it, I did the TN explained all the details, I was surrounded by attentive and experienced doctors, they kicked up to the sex, they did everything until the bb moved to collaborate in the exam I stayed almost 1 hour, I highly recommend it and I intend to return, a thousand times better than many private individuals I have been to, and I believe that anyone who studies there will also be satisfied with what I was able to observe during the exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, apesar da espera... É um serviço gratuito né! (Há uma demanda maior, já que não há muita oferta de um serviço assim, gratuito. Logo, o Cetrus é muito procurado)... Contudo o atendimento é excelente, os médicos gentis e explicam o que você perguntar.
O ambiente é limpo, arejado, paisagem belíssima...
Ah, e em se tratando do meio que assiste aos pacientes, que no caso seriam a aparelhagem, as salas/Box etc., são novos e de última geração, então você é bem assistido.
Well, despite the wait... It's a free service right! (There is a greater demand, as there is not much offer for such a free service. Therefore, Cetrus is very popular)... However, the service is excellent, the doctors are kind and explain what you ask.
The environment is clean, airy, beautiful landscape...
Oh, and when it comes to the environment that assists patients, which in this case would be the equipment, the rooms/Box, etc., they are new and state-of-the-art, so you are well assisted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são excelentes e muito atenciosos. O que deixa a desejar são as atendentes que são péssimas desde ao cumprimento de uma "Bom dia" até o ato de atender o telefone. O serviço é gratuito mas elas estão sendo pagas para prestar um serviço de qualidade, pois trabalhar para o público não requer apenas competência e sim simpatia e prestação de serviço humanizado ao cliente,o que não acontece la de jeito nenhum.
The doctors are excellent and very attentive. What leaves something to be desired are the attendants who are terrible from saying "Good morning" to answering the phone. The service is free but they are being paid to provide a quality service, because working for the public does not only require competence, but sympathy and humanized service to the customer, which does not happen there at all.
