Mandam ir buscar novamente outro dia, você vai e o exame ainda não está assinado. Um descaso. Não volto mais
Bad experience. You do an x-ray, call to know the result, the center says it's ready. You go to the place and the exam is not ready, without the doctor's signature, you miss the trip. They send for another day, you go and the exam is still not signed. A neglect. I'm not coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não tem nenhuma consideração pelos pacientes, minha mãe passou 3 horas para fazer uma coleta pq o recepcionista não sabia nem se pegava os exames e fazia minha mãe ficar andando em círculos dentro da clínica, sendo q minha mãe é hipertensa, cardíaca e estava em jejum desde o dia anterior sem tomar nem os remédios. E tbm ela foi para uma endoscopia lá q disse eles ao telefone q era por hora marcada e estava a marcado às 7:30 , mandaram ela chegar às 7:00 e ela só foi fazer as 10;00 ,pense como são responsáveis com os pacientes. Não indico p ninguém.
Terrible service, there is no consideration for the patients, my mother spent 3 hours to do a collection because the receptionist didn't even know if she took the exams and made my mother go around in circles inside the clinic, and my mother is hypertensive, cardiac and I had been fasting since the day before without even taking the medicine. And she also went for an endoscopy there and they said on the phone that it was by appointment and it was scheduled at 7:30, they told her to arrive at 7:00 and she only went to 10:00, think about how you are responsible with the patients. I don't recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas estrelas apenas pelo bom atendimento dos funcionários. Mas demora até ser atendido no guichê (poucos funcionando) e mais demorado ainda é pra fazer o exame, independente de ter horário marcado ou não; falta de respeito total nesse sentido.
Two stars just for the good service of the staff. But it takes time to be seen at the counter (few working) and it takes even longer to take the exam, regardless of whether you have an appointment or not; total lack of respect in that sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica completamente desrespeitosa com pessoas com deficiência. Ontem , dia 15/02/2022. Levei meus dois filhos para fazer exames no horário da noite . Meus filhos possuem autismo e mobilidade reduzida , inclusive um deles não andam . Ao chegar no local , solicitei uma cadeira de rodas para retirá-lo do táxi , já que a cadeira dele não coube na mala por causa do cilindro de gás. Os atendentes informaram que não poderiam disponibilizar a cadeira pq ela só é para atendimento internos de exames . Mandaram eu procurar o shopping e solicitar uma cadeiras de rodas. Oras, eu não fui passear no shopping e sim levar meus filhos para atendimento médico . Onde está a acessibilidade dessa clínica ? Entendo que essa clínica não aceita atender pessoas com necessidades especiais e mobilidade reduzida . O que não está dentro da lei. Final de tudo , meus filhos perderam o exame , já que a clínica se recusou a disponibilizar a cadeira , gastei tempo e dinheiro pra levar meus filhos até o local , onde pessoas desumanas não se dispõe em ajudar o próximo , muito menos os pacientes. Levarei o caso ao MPPE e onde for necessário.
Clinic completely disrespectful to people with disabilities. Yesterday, the 15/02/2022. I took my two children for exams in the evening. My children have autism and reduced mobility, even one of them cannot walk. Upon arriving at the place, I requested a wheelchair to take him out of the taxi, as his chair did not fit in the suitcase because of the gas cylinder. The attendants informed that they could not make the chair available because it is only for internal examinations. They told me to look for the mall and request a wheelchair. Well, I didn't go for a walk at the mall, but take my children for medical care. Where is the accessibility of this clinic? I understand that this clinic does not accept people with special needs and reduced mobility. Which is not within the law. At the end of it all, my children missed the exam, as the clinic refused to make the chair available, I spent time and money to take my children to the place, where inhumane people are not willing to help others, much less patients. I will take the case to the MPPE and where necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO INDICO DE JEITO NENHUM! Marquei meu primeiro ultrassom obstétrico para hoje as 14:20 da tarde! As 9 da manhã simplesmente me mandam um WhatsApp dizendo que a médica teve um contratempo, e que não vai me atender! Nem para ligar, só uma mensagem! Se eu não olho o WhatsApp e chego lá para fazer o exame, como fariam?
Liguei para central de atendimento e a atendente foi extremamente mal educado comigo como se eu não tivesse o direito de ficar chateada deles simplesmente cancelarem meu exame.
Eu e meu esposo trabalhamos a semana toda! Para nós dois conseguirmos uma folga no mesmo dia para comparecermos ao exame foi MUITO difícil!
Não se importam nem um pouco com o tempo do cliente! NUNCA MAIS EU VOU NESSA CLÍNICA, E NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ANY WAY! I scheduled my first obstetric ultrasound for today at 2:20 pm! At 9 am they just send me a WhatsApp saying that the doctor had a setback, and that she won't see me! Not even to call, just a message! If I don't look at WhatsApp and get there to take the exam, how would they do it?
I called the call center and the attendant was extremely rude to me as if I had no right to be upset that they simply canceled my exam.
My husband and I work all week! For both of us to get the same day off to attend the exam was VERY difficult!
They don't care at all about the customer's time! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!
